It was easy to shop on your website. Loved all the choices you have. I thought I was supposed to get a $30 coupon for my first visit, however I didn't receive it or find a place to even enter a coupon code.
I selected a small table lamp which I really liked the look of. I measured it, and I thought it would work perfectly on my table. When I received the lamp, it seemed very small, and it wasn't actually as tall as the description, so I had to return it.
Love all the floor lamp options... almost too many! :D No, there's no such thing. Thanks for all the awesome options... I hope it looks as good in person! TY UPDATE IT looks AMAZING! Beautiful wood base of the arch and a great rusty-red lamp shade goes perfect in our room. Love it. The only thing I would like better is if it was dimmable. :D

I really appreciate how helpful the LampsPlus site is for sorting through the myriad of lighting fixture choices. The ability to view your selections in your room and keeping track of your favorites is incredibly helpful as well.
I purchased a new home for which I had to provide all the lighting fixutres, so I went straight to LampsPLus to get started. I've been to other sites, but find that I return to theirs regularly. They also were very helpful with a return when I just made the wrong choice and it didn't work in my space.

I bought a decorative jar from Lamps Plus and it was shipped with absolutely no protective packing. Needless to say, it was received in a hundred pieces. I have bought several items from Lamps Plus, and the packing has always been more than adequate - except for this time. I called customer service and they were very helpful, and I received a replacement without any hassle. I was very pleased with the product and the customer service I received The only complaint is that they should have packed it right the first tie.

The mirrors are excellent quality! Unfortunately, the shipper delivered them to the wrong address and I had to spend hours following up and then had to file an investigation. They were delivered about 3 days after the investigation was filed but it was a hassle.

Item arrived on time and was packaged well, however, there was a very small chip in the shade. I assume it's a manufacturing defect because I couldn't find the piece of glass in the box. I'm still trying to decide whether to return the item or see if just the shade can be replaced.

When I click on a fixture I'm I tested in I want to be able to compare it to another one that seems to be on another page. Also, I want all similar fixtures together. The filters don't do a great job of filtering out the unwanted fixtures. So I kept going back and forth. Made me dizzy.

I bought a fan and an extended rod. They send me the rod after a few days and then I get an email stating my fan MAY be available late January 2022. Clearly the company knew they didn't have it in stock when it was advertised as available. I sent them an email canceling the fan and they have the audacity to say that since I received my $30 rod that I'm obligated to pay for the $600 fan that they don't know when they can deliver it to me. Bought 2 lampshades, 39,99$ each and when I received them, I saw that each one was priced at 19,99$. I was buying on their Canadian site. So, be aware Canadians that we pay TWICE the price than in the US. Plus, harps and finials were missing! Exchanged about 12 emails with the company before they sent me the missing parts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Add taxes and duty fees! There will be less and less business with our "neighbors" and I get why. I Will make sure next time I order something on a site ". CA" that it is NOT based in the US!

I continue to receive bank account holds for a cancelled item. First, A hold for double the amount of the order was placed on my account. Customer Service rep was nice but informed me "that's just the way it is". Only after a formal complaint was the hold finally released. I found that my account has been charged AGAIN! What is the deal?! It shouldn't be so difficult. DO NOT BUY FROM LAMPS PLUS!

I like the lamp and it goes very well with one I bought last year from Lamps Plus. I didn't realize though, and it's completely my own fault, this lamp is a bit smaller than my other one. I couldn't tell from the picture and didn't think to check the dimensions so I was surprised by that.
Otherwise, I am happy with it.

The stools arrived in great condition, carefully packed to minimize potential damage. The first stool took a while to assemble since I was doing this on my own. But I did the 2nd one in half the time, after I figured out a couple of assembly tricks. The stools look great. The swivel functions perfectly. I ordered a third stool to finish off the look of the island. Very pleased!

I have ordered 3 exterior lights in the last 6 weeks. One of them had a broken pane. They were very nice snd sent a replacement pane, but it arrived broken too. Am waiting for a second replacement pane. Love all the fixtures and hope the next pane arrives in one piece!
Only 2 stars now since I haven’t gotten replacement glass for the broken one. It’s been ordered.

I recently ordered a 3 lite pendant light for my kitchen & 2 (2) pack bulbs for my light. My order came in & I am so happy with the light, but one of the four bulbs didn't work. I only needed 3 lights to enjoy my purchase, but bought 4. I called customer service & the rep said that I didn't need to return the faulty light bulb & that she would send me another 2 pack. I reiterated that I only needed one bulb replaced, but she said that she would send me another 2 pack for my inconvenience. I highly recommend this company & I have done business with them for over 5 years.

I chose a lampshade for a very large custom lamp. It arrived, packaged correctly, thank you. Installing it on the lamp it was intended for, disappointment! It looked terrible. There was another lamp in the room whose shade looked like it needed replacing. I tried it on this lamp and was impressed with how it made the lamp look. End results, very happy with my selection and the quality of the shade.

I recently had to return a large chandelier. It was much to big for the room. The cost to ship back was almost as much a the light fixture itself. It's not cost effective for me to be paying over $150.00 to return a light. Your return policy is not cost effective for me. I will be shopping locally for light fixtures in the future

The installation for this item was extremely difficult, due to the design. The cross bar drilled holes did not line up with the holes on the lamp base, and it also does not allow the lamp to have a tight fit to the ceiling. Also, the design at the base and the glass lamp are poor, as you can't put the tiny screws into the slots due to the lamp being in the way! I will leave the one installed lamp on the ceiling, but I want to return the second one. Beautiful lamp, however.
Beauty of lamps and affordable price. I have shopped in the stores many times.
