It was easy to shop on your website. Loved all the choices you have. I thought I was supposed to get a $30 coupon for my first visit, however I didn't receive it or find a place to even enter a coupon code.
I selected a small table lamp which I really liked the look of. I measured it, and I thought it would work perfectly on my table. When I received the lamp, it seemed very small, and it wasn't actually as tall as the description, so I had to return it.
Purchased two lamps and both were received in one box, unfortunately one of the lamps were shattered in 1000 pieces. Called customer service and they wanted me to repack the entire order and send back for a refund. Not my fault you packaged the lamps incorrectly and expect me to repackage broken glass to send back. Very unacceptable and I will not be buying from them again. Out $60 with a lamp that cannot be matched from another store. And what's up with the 20+ digit order number, you can't possibly have that much business with the level of customer service I had the pleasure of dealing with.

The lamp was gorgeous, met the description as shown, and the price was worth the product. The best part, tracking gave an approximate time of delivery in about a week. I got it in ONE DAY. Wow! I was excited, BUT the lamp was inferior. It was crooked. You had to put it together in steps. One of the steps was a post to screw into the stem of the lamp. I could already tell by the screw's threads that it was crooked. That, in and of itself, caused the beautiful glass shade to become crooked. No way was I about to keep it. Enter the whole sad process of returning it.
The return process was very easy. The rep was so helpful. UPS is two blocks away from me. They will not ship an item without their own box. I didn't want to drive to my nearest FedEx, so the rep scheduled a pickup. Ironically, I knew the driver that picked it up, and everything worked out well from there.
A reputable dealer.

Just as the site described. A little dinged up when it arrived. Since it's white they show up a little more than a dark shade. I'm not sure how to ship a lampshade without dings since it was shipped seemingly very carefully with lots of filler.

Hi - we do take great care in shipping our lamp shades, but if yours arrived in less than perfect condition just contact our customer service team and they can help you out.
I ordered a set of three lamps. Two table lamps and a matching floor lamp. The top section of the table lamp had no threading, and therefore couldn't be assembled. Customer service told me that I had to repurchase all three lamps, switch out the defective floor lamp, Fed Ex the lamps BACK to them and wait 7-10 business days for a refund. All on my own time, OR find someone in rural Massachusetts to fix the lamp after they give me a partial refund. We'll see how this goes. THEY SUCK!

Was looking for a budget-friendly floor lamp that wasn't flimsy and made from only metal and plastic. I looked at Target, Walmart, Amazon, Home Goods, Marshalls. Options seemed to be cheap and flimsy and then skipped right to pricing that was at the top of my budget and went up from there. Came to LampsPlus and not only found a style that I liked, I was able to get the floor lamp & 2 matching table lamps within budget.

I was looking for a casual style, somewhat simple without being too plain. It's difficult to find because current trend is either very sleek & minimalistic or very dark, heavy and nearly gargantuan.

A chunk of the base was broken on the reading lamp. We stuck it back in the frame but there is no way to secure it.
The box/packing were a nightmare. Rather than try to send it back in the tattered box, we decided to live with the broken product. Moving it to clean will be challenging.
The torchier lamp contained two plastic rings that appeared to fit between the pole segments. They were shown in the diagram but not mentioned in the instructions. Following the diagram as pictured made it impossible to join the segments. Pulled up a picture of the lamp on the site. The rings were not shown in the picture.
The bulbs sent with the lamps were difficult to thread into the sockets.
The lamps are very attractive, but I doubt we will be purchasing from LampsPlus again.

I bought lamps on eBay from lamps plus but EBay checked me out in a sort of one click before I got the step to review my order. Didnt know source of payment. Canceled order immediately after that message. Saw it was PayPal so I reordered lamps. Then got 2 charges for the lamps in my account. 2 hours trying to cancel through eBay and PayPal. Futile. 12 hours later I got a message saying both items had shipped and an email saying they couldnt cancel because the items already shipped. I canceled within 20 seconds. What a scam. Now I have to return everything and hope I get a refund in a month? Never do business with this company in my opinion.

I bought a floor torchiere lamp in Sept. 2019. In April 2020, the dimmer switch quit working. I contacted the company and was instructed to ship it back for an exchange. Shipping was prepaid, but I had to purchase boxes/packing materials as I threw away the original box months ago. It cost me about $20 for the shipping materials and I wasn't reimbursed for this expense. Within a week of receiving my defective lamp, I was informed my re-order was cancelled as the item was out of stock permanently. They offered to refund my credit care for the lamp purchase. I was informed before returning the item it was still in stock. Lamp looked very elegant and had a great finish, but the quality was lacking. I will not order again from this company due to this poor experience.

For my remodel, I have bought a number of fans and sconces from LampsPlus.
When I decided to return a fan and pendant (just because I changed my mind) near the end of the 60 day return period, there was no problem at all. You do need to get an RMA number, and that was easy. I like LampsPlus, and the quality is excellent.

I paid $499 for a light fixture I fell in love with on Lamps plus.com
It was on "back order" and didn't know it until they called me a week later to tell me. I still said I wanted the light. I received the light a month later. The fixture arrived in broken pieces! AND RUSTED! I couldn't believe they sent me an almost 500 fixture barely wrapped, with zero bubble wrap, rusted on some of the metal pieces, annnnd I waited a month! And I sent the fixture back for a refund and told them I refused to wait 14 days for my money back and they said there is nothing they could do! After I've already spent in addition to that fixture another $500 on other lamps! Needless to say I never complained about the other two although one arrived with some broken pieces as well! But I managed to make due w/that one w/out it looking bad, so I kept it! Don't shop here! Products are awful and so is customer service!

Great options and prices. Quick shipping. It would be helpful if they include a place to sign up for a lampsplus card or if you had a card number to input. At the end' you either get free shipping or 5% off your order. Whatever is greater. People who get the card would also get 5 %. Raise prices on all lighting 5% on all items in store for people who refuse at check out to provide a phone number at check out. Call those people and ask about how the new light is preforming. Offer a technician to come to their home and install the light. Have the technician call them back and schedule the appointment. Make sure the technician schedule the appointment. Call us for future lighting needs. If the technician charged them a fee, they can email Lamps Plus for a refund. Send the customer a package of 60 or 100 shipping bulbs. Remind them of your services and great service.

I haven't purchased lamp shades in quite awhile. I was completely gobsmacked by the prices and the lack of instore availability. I shopped online and found what I was looking for at Lamps Plus for a reasonable price. The shade arrived well-packed and was of impressive quality for the price. I am completely satisfied.

We bought the harmony River bronze waterfall. Paid $1,600 with tax. Thinking we would recieve this beautiful brown stone indoor waterfall.
But No. Instead. They sent us the waterfall with all these white scratches all over it. They completely take away from the waterfall. When we called to complain. The company claims that the white lines are called "veins and are natural.
Well if they are so natural. Why do none of the pictures they have online advertising this product. Not have any of these "veins"
The company refused to give us our money back or let us trade for one without all the big "veins"
It's very distracting and the first thing you notice. I'm soooo unhappy with this company for doing this to us after all the money we spent on this.
I am going to blow up the Internet and let EVERYONE in the world know what I have experienced.

I called in to place an order on March 5th for vanity lights. I mentioned to the rep that we had an electrician coming out next week and the items needed to be in prior to Wednesday. She assured me that they could drop ship from the manufacturer and the lights would get there before Wednesday.
The week after they sent an automated email with the fact that the light is actually backordered and it won't get in for another month. I responded outlining that a month is absolutely too late and that id like to cancel and order something else. That email was sent on March 18th. They sent an email 10 days later. YES 10 DAYS LATER to apologize for the back order and that they'll get back to me if they can fulfill the order.
Any business that takes 10 days to respond to emails, especially after not being able to fulfill an order for over a month, deserves to go out of business. There are many businesses you can buy your lamps from who want your business. Lamps plus isn't one of them.

Placed an order on Dec 26. Card was charged $260. Lamp was supposed to arrive 1/5. Card was charged again when order was updated to 2/7 deliver. Card was charged AGAIN 1/23 and STILL NO LAMP! I hate this company. I will never order from the again. Was charged 3 times for no lamp and it's going on TWO MONTHS after order. Don't bother. I'd also question these positive reviews on here. FAKE. Check out all the complaints on the BBB website. Terrible!
