It was easy to shop on your website. Loved all the choices you have. I thought I was supposed to get a $30 coupon for my first visit, however I didn't receive it or find a place to even enter a coupon code.
I selected a small table lamp which I really liked the look of. I measured it, and I thought it would work perfectly on my table. When I received the lamp, it seemed very small, and it wasn't actually as tall as the description, so I had to return it.
Ordered my fan online. It showed when promised. Easy to install!

I was foolish and went to lamp plus first. Shop other sites and request a promo or coupon. Lamp Plus hides or makes if diffucult to get a promo or coupon as the chat line was no hel. First the customer service led me to a promo that could not be opened, 2nd I went to spread out my purchase with there affilate sezzle (or whatever) site was not available so I called and could not reach anyone. So lesson learned shop around.

My electrician had to REWIRE the outdoor lamp I bought because it was so SLOPPILY WIRED that it popped the circuit breaker and shorted out all the other lamps. I also bought an adapter, and when it turned out I didn't need it I called the Refund Department number in order to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! I finally left my phone number for a call back. Over the course of 3 days I left my number 3 times. THEY DON'T CALL BACK. I wrote to their sales person who said "I am sure they will be contacting you as soon as they have the opportunity." Opportunity? After 3 days? My advice: If you need a lamp that might -- or might not work -- you can take a chance and try Lamps Plus. Their sales people answer immediately. You want service when something goes wrong? THEY WON'T HELP. Worst service on the Internet.

The track heads I ordered were open boxes, probably returns - this was not indicated when I ordered them - fortunately they seemed to be 'as new', and while I did not install or test them I assume they work as well as new.

I was a great customer of LPs for years. That ended today. I ordered 2 matching lamps a while back and went to get a replacement shade when the original broke. They sent what I thought was the wrong lamp but I didn't open it until the foster child that broke it moved home. Then it was too late to return it. Ordered it again. Wrong again. Turns out LPs made the decision to change the lamp to a shorter shade that doesn't even cover the bulbs. No one bothered to tell me now I have to ship it back and no longer have matching lamps. Worse, I could not get a manger on the phone - HORRIBLE decision to save money on the shad, HORRIBLE management customer service, ILLEGAL ADVERTISING as the description still said 14x7 not the 14x4 they went to. Ugh. No longer a LP customer.

Ordered a fountain for approximately $500 shipping was delayed twice. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone to get a refund. This is a horrible company. They screw people out of money.

This review is based on personal experience. I purchased a sculpture from LampsPlus. The sculpture that arrived did not look even remotely close to the picture displayed. I called for a return and the person who answered asked me to send a picture. Her reaction was similar to mine and she processed the return, free of charge. She even indicated LampsPlus would contact the company for a new picture that resembled the product. Based on this, I thought very highly of LampsPlus.com as this was the first time I have ever used them. I then proceeded to leave an honest review. My review was censored. I left a follow-up review for the same product and that review also was censored. The purpose of this LampsPlus review is to alert anyone who purchases from this website to know that in my opinion, you should absolutely not trust their reviews. Just a quick scan of their website will show that an amazing number of products have between 4.5-5 stars. This should make you very suspect. When you look at reputable websites like Amazon you always see honest reviews and ratings between 1 and 5 stars. When you see a website where nearly every item has 4+ stars, and the reviews look like they are written by people with a PhD in English literature - you should run.

It was just very confusing when I got notice that the item had been delivered on 15 OCT 2021, and here we are on 22 OCT 2021, so I finally called Lamp Plus who looked into where the item was. I received the item the very next day, yesterday, 23 OCT 2021, along with the identical item ordered recently, so it was nice to finally have what I desired and the lamps are stunning.
The guy was great, very thorough, professional, empathetic and kind, as well as efficient.

These fixtures were purchased with free shipping and returns. Customer service sent me a return shipping label that I used to return the items. Very good Customer Service.

Hi - if you mean that the lamp slips on the surface of your table, it may be that if you have a highly polished table surface you might need to place a small pad under the lamp. If you need additional help or troubleshooting please contact our customer service team and they will be able to help you out.

They suck. After 6 days I ended up at walmart and bought the bulbs for half the price.
Will never use them again. Plus they had shipped it yesterday and I have to pay to ship it back...

We are very sorry for the wait time with your order. This was placed on 12/31/20 after 3PM PST, so it did ship the next business day which would be Monday, 1/4/21. This was shipped with ground shipping, so the transit time does depend on the carrier and they are facing delays due to high volumes of shipments and restrictions during this time.
As a onetime exception in this case since you had to purchase the bulb elsewhere, we went ahead and processed a refund on your order, and you do not have to return anything.

Ordered two matching fans and one remote (to control both fans). Apparently all were shipped separately. Received both fans with no problem. Didn't get the remote. Kept calling and they kept telling us it was shipped (this was the end of June). We have been on the phone with support no less than 15 times trying to get our remote (yes, our credit card was charged for it on July 3). Have been told a variety of stories about FedEx, etc. even though we have never had a problem with a FedEx delivery in the past (plus both fans arrived FedEx without incident). I don't know what to do. We have the fans already installed and yet have no idea if they work since we don't have the remote (can't connect and sync until we get the remote). We even offered to have the remote delivered to my work address - still no remote! These people are either lying through their teeth and have no intention of ever providing the remote or are complete idiots. I honestly don't know what I should do. Really too bad - if it were not for their TERRIBLE customer service, I would order a lot more from them. Ideally want to keep the fans yet No one will seem to help me resolve this! Extreemely frustrating!

You have some beautiful lamps to choose from. Sometimes too many choices makes it hard to navigate the site, but I tried to narrow it down and was able to find lamps I liked that were affordable.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICE
I provided my mobile no. For delivery text alert. My order was delivered in front of my garage door but I never receive text notification. I drove out and not aware of the box. Ran over it and the whole lamp shattered.
Now I lost $100 for the lamp:(
My suggestions:
1) Advise your delivery service/person to put item in the front door
2) Be prompt on delivery text notification
I will be happy again if I can be reimbursed in some form.
