It was easy to shop on your website. Loved all the choices you have. I thought I was supposed to get a $30 coupon for my first visit, however I didn't receive it or find a place to even enter a coupon code.
I selected a small table lamp which I really liked the look of. I measured it, and I thought it would work perfectly on my table. When I received the lamp, it seemed very small, and it wasn't actually as tall as the description, so I had to return it.
These lamps were delivered, packed very well and are stunningly beautiful.
Very easy to put together and are now the centerpiece of our living room.
What a great price for 2 handblown lamps.
Need to get some specifications on height of the lamps, responded immediately.

I ordered a fountain from Lamps plus and was unhappy. When I called they completely tried to cast off the problem to the manufacturer, Henri fountains. After I explained to them that they were the store front I purchased from and they should stand by the products they sell, they agreed to contact Henri. Henri did nothing to rectify and lamps plus did nothing as well. I ordered a $2k fountain: https://www.lampsplus.com/products/luminaire-square-57-and-one-half-inch-modern-fountain-with-led-light-show__74w72.html. The pictures do not show that the summit piece is ruff cut acrylic that looks very unfinished. This product looks cheap when not running. The top stone even has the groves for another spacer. It looks unfinished, like you forgot to add the last stone and spacer on it. Henri will not work with unsatisfied customers to remedy nor would they update their pictures to reflect an accurate depiction. In addition to the summit of the fountain, the lighting is very cheaply made. You have to be inches from the sensor to use the remote. I was even willing to deal with the rest of the poor craftsman ship if they would just send met another stone stack and spacer. They wouldn't even consider it. They said I could go purchase one. I refuse to give either company another cent. I have had 3 neighbors as me about my new fountain and I have warned them all not to do business with Lamps plus nor Henri fountains. An expensive fountain that, other than the weight and stone casting, looks cheap. Very disappointed in the product and Henri's inability to stand by it. They wouldn't even look at my pictures.

The lamp arrived with a warning on the outside of the box. Essentially it said not to use it wiith aluminum wiring! We have an old house with aluminum wiring. I'm very disappointed.

I liked the style of the lampp.
I am decorating a room in old English style. I thought the Baroque light was a good match for the room.

Ordered two matching ceiling fans and had them professionally installed on May 5th. The next day one stopped working. Called cust svc and they made us go through tech support who said remote and receiver were bad. Received 2nd receiver in a week, fan still did not work. Called tech support, said receiver was bad. A week later received 3rd receiver, fan still did not work. Called tech support, Juan said it was a prob in light assembly and I needed a new fan. Waited a week and nothing, called cust svc and they said they don't know of a Juan in tech support. Sent a 4th receiver saying it was installed incorrectly and the we had to use a different electrician to install and have them call tech support while installing. Spent 165.00 to have electrician verify the fan was faulty. They sent another fan, went to put it up and the down rod does not screw into motor because it is too big. It is now July 8th and have been without light for over 2 months. Don't waste your time with this company, they do not honor your business. Everything is good if you don't have a problem, but if you do... good luck! I'm officially cutting my losses and will never buy from them again.

Information on the website was complete and I was able to find suitable outdoor lamps that suit my needs.
I wanted lamps with replaceable LED bulbs and sensors. I found ones that are dusk to dawn and have a motion sensor that increases the brightness.
