It was easy to shop on your website. Loved all the choices you have. I thought I was supposed to get a $30 coupon for my first visit, however I didn't receive it or find a place to even enter a coupon code.
I selected a small table lamp which I really liked the look of. I measured it, and I thought it would work perfectly on my table. When I received the lamp, it seemed very small, and it wasn't actually as tall as the description, so I had to return it.
The bulbs recommended for the lamp I purchased do not fit well. Am using them, but am concerned the fit is too tight. Also disappointed that everything lately seems to be made in China, can't seem to find product origin on website.

Made a lamp purchase from them and found a much better price for the exact same fixture ( about $40). After a couple back and forth E-Mails, they declined to even match the competitive price much less the 120%. I guess there is a loop hole in there price match conditions? I could have tried to returned the fixture, but was just tired of the hassle with them so chalked it up to a learning. Experience. Buyer beware. No longer my vendor.

We bought this acrylic lamp because we love the style. However, the base part (with the cord running through) was not attached and there's apparently no way to snap it together. We had ordered this lamp before several months ago and LampsPlus was very generous with their return policy. However, I think the entire shipment must have been this way. So, it's our fault this time for ordering again.
They have a great returns policy.
I love the style. We splashed out for the Italian version. I was getting some of these for my office.

I placed an order on line which was very simple to do. Before I even started thinking about the delivery, it was at my door. Very well packaged and in perfect condition. No installation required except to attach the electric cord.
I chose Lamps Plus because they had the table lamp I wanted.

My husband and I recently moved to another state. As is the case with so many "moves", we discovered some damage when our belongings were unpacked, among it, the desk lamp for our office desk.
I found the same lamp on LampsPlus (where I found the original lamp) and ordered it just days ago. It's been delivered and is perfect. Of course. I've purchased several items from LampsPlus and they seem to get it right every time!

The color and style of the lamps were perfect, thus the reason for my ordering them. The quality was disappointing and the lamp shades are very cheap. One of the lampshades also has black a grease mark on it that I can not get off. The lamps came while I was out of town, my husband destroyed the packaging before I got to see them or I would have returned them. I will replace them with something else in the near future and donate these to a worthy cause.

I was quite surprised to find chairs, mush less chairs that I love on LampsPlus! These chairs are great for what I need, I looked for hours, read reviews and these seem to be the best for the price. They will go in my dining room so they probably won't get a lot of use, but they are really pretty! They are pretty comfortable too. I'm very happy with them!

All the features I wanted, on at dusk, off at dawn. LED lighting with motion sensor that brightens with movement. So easy a caveman could install it. My daughter was able to do that with the clear instruction pamphlet.

I shopped in store and got a great ceiling fan for my craftsman home. I love it so much I decided to go on line and order a second fan that I had seen in the store, or to look at other models since they only carry about 12 in store. The website makes it difficult to sort through the 1000+ fans they carry. Ie; if they sell the same style fan in different sizes, or a comparable style fan, they are listed randomly mixed in with all the other fans. I tried to 'narrow your search' function but found that some fans that fit my criteria were omitted.
I went on line thinking it would be easier than going to the store. I spent over an hour sorting through fans. Now I have to go to the store anyway.

Stay clear of this company. Customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. They take your order then 2 weeks later they send you an e-mail telling you the order is being shipped in 3 months. You try to cancel the order and they tell you it is in the shipping dept but they will see what they can do. Then you hear nothing - every e-mail is ignored. They still have my money so I can not go somewhere else and I do not have a gift to give- I value customer service. This company only values their pockets - Definitely on the naughty list this Christmas

The site is not easily navigated. Many un-needed items (700+)jumbled within a specified search category. Trying to narrow a search is often pointless.
I had a question. The first product specialist was supposed to call back but didn't. The second prod. Spec. Called back twice but with incorrect info. The third prod. Spec. Knew less than the first two! All were very pleasant but were apparently being given incorrect info. Product range is quite good, thus the four stars.

Description referred to lamp as hammered bronzed brass finished. However, after opening box found that it was in fact resign. May have been in the description section and I failed to notice. Not a real problem as the overall look is fantastic and one can not tell that it is not metal unless one touches or taps the lamp base. Overall, very stylish lamps and quality shades for a great price. It fits the bill!

We ordered two lamps and very very happy with the quality and the aesthetics of the lamps. We were also pleased that Lamps Plus offered to send the correct light bulbs without us requesting them. BUT, the packaging was terrible. It was packaged in a weird Styrofoam that literally disintegrated when touched and fell apart as we tried to throw it out leave thousands of tiny bits outside just before a rainfall. Needless to say this is not very environmentally friendly when we have a serious plastic problem in our oceans and our landscapes generally drain to the ocean. Love the products, disappointing packaging.

We do use biodegradable packing peanuts for some designs, but others, including those that come from sone of our vendors, may still use other material. The lamp is perfect for my desk where I teach on zoom. The light is warm and not glaring. It also. Surprisingly, released me from having to rig up lighting to be seen online. Easy set up, and thanks for including a bulb! Very happy and I highly recommend this lamp.

As a designer I appreciate going in the store, giving specs and having reps point exactly at viable options in the showroom. The staff here is great, and dealing with real people always beats dealing with random online suppliers who's customer service is not domestic.

This fan was extremely difficult to assemble. Instructions were very poor. Missing steps. It took forever to mount this fan. Beautiful once assembled and good functionality.
Poor information available on which light kits would work for the fan. Customer service was quick to respond and assist.

The 120% guaranteed lowest price that Lamps Plus offers is a huge lie. I found a wall sconce on their site for $404 each (my client needed two) and she did a search on her own and proceeded to find it elsewhere for $334. I was a bit embarrassed that I hadn't found it first, so proceeded to email customer service. Four days after my original email inquiry, a customer service representative wrote back one short sentence, "I'm sorry as our policy does not permit us to price match with this company." No further explanation. I'm so tired of these big companies offering "guarantees" and then finding every which way possible to wiggle their way out of them. So much for honesty and the written word. I'll NEVER shop at Lamps Plus again nor will I recommend this company to any of my clients.

Package received in Good condition. Products packed close/clumped together between two layers of plastic insolation … should have been packaged separately. One globe shattered, other scratched but usable (I hope). The Globes were next to each other and obviously touching. Fairy Light and Water Can appear OK. Service from Sterno Home was horrible... no phone response; had to make multiple e-mail requests before I got any response.

Awesome selection, wanted something unique and I found it. These fixtures seemed a little pricy but now I know why they are built unbelievably well, they weigh 15 lbs at least, the glass is super thick, best fixtures I have purchased in 20 + years!
