It was easy to shop on your website. Loved all the choices you have. I thought I was supposed to get a $30 coupon for my first visit, however I didn't receive it or find a place to even enter a coupon code.
I selected a small table lamp which I really liked the look of. I measured it, and I thought it would work perfectly on my table. When I received the lamp, it seemed very small, and it wasn't actually as tall as the description, so I had to return it.
I was looking to replace some lamp shades and was very pleased with the shades I ordered. Good quality, nice fabric, detailed craftsmanship. I would order again from LampsPlus!

My husband and I our building our forever home and we ordered all of our expensive lights thru this company. Each one was amazing and perfect and cam in a timely matter.
Just googled lights and all the pretty ones were thru this site.

The lamp is very nice, but it fell short on the amount of light desired in my room. I have not decided whether to return it or not. I put it in my bedroom and will see if it will work there.
Variety and quality
I thought a pole lamp would give me good lighting next to my chair, but it really doesn't.

Putting together was kind of confusing but once put together, loved it. The dark corner of the living room is nice and bright. Room looks warm an bigger.

I had a chat with an agent and I asked for a "New Customer" courtesy discount and she was rather impolite and not very customer-service oriented. I was ready to void my entire purchase.

My wife and I were looking to replace two ceiling hallway fixtures, so after going to Home Depot and being underwhelmed by the selection, we decided to go to Lamps Plus, figuring we would pay more for a quality light fixture. We selected this nice looking fixture from their ceiling display and ordered two of these at $70 each, several times the "cheapo" fixtures at Home Depot, but again we figured you have to pay for quality. When the fixtures arrived, I was very disappointed to find that BOTH of the very thin plastic shades were cracked. I took them to the store and they indicated they did not stock parts at the store so would need to order new shades. They arrived in about a week. On installing the fixtures, I was again disappointed at the very thin gauge of the metal frame and the poor quality of the hardware. I had to physically disassemble one of the units and re-tap one of the finial heads in order for the unit to go together. You can't even hand tighten the mounting screws without bending the metal frame. Once installed, the units look nice, but we had hoped that by paying two or three times the Home Depot price, we would be getting quality merchandise. Instead we got cheap Chinese quality at made-in-USA prices. By the way, the boxes say "Made in China", so I'm not just guessing.

I ordered my lamps and they came quickly and packaged nicely! With a few minutes to unpack and fix the shades on, they were shining bright and ready to be set in the bedroom to complete my decor.

Found what I was looking for our bedroom. It is a little smaller than I thought, but it comfortable and the fabric is soft. I love the storage bench. It was not difficult to assemble.

The postal service delivered a lamp without a particular fastener. When I called LampsPlus, the customer service representative immediately and without question ordered the missing part.
LampsPlus quickly delivered a part missing from my initial order. The customer service representative was polite and efficient.
I use LampsPlus for all my lighting needs. They have a great selection and, as noted above, very responsive customer service. They also have knowledgeable sales consultants who will walk through the inventory to help you select the right lighting.

I love our new table lamp, but the lamp shade has noticeable imperfections. I spun the shade around to hide the flaws, otherwise I would have returned it.

I am HEART BROKEN over this sale! My bank account was emptied with charges I DID NOT AUTHORIZE over the amount of my purchase. I was on hold ALL MORNING, talked to THREE PEOPLE AT THIS COMPANY, Ashton, Christy, and the "manager" Lindy who stated in part "this is explained on our website", when asked for the name of her boss she refused to tell me, when asked to speak to her superior, she stated "you will get no where." I AM NOW BROKE AT THAKSGIVING, THEY TOOK OVER $1,100.00 UNUTHORIZED MONEY AND REFULSE TO RETURN IT! THEY RUINED MY HOLIDAY. I do NOT advise doing business with this company!
