It was easy to shop on your website. Loved all the choices you have. I thought I was supposed to get a $30 coupon for my first visit, however I didn't receive it or find a place to even enter a coupon code.
My lamp was online only.the first lamp came broken.i paid for another for the exchange and return.they sent the wrong one. Then I ordered a new one and the lady forgot to press the buy button so I never received the new one. Finally I got to talk to a manager. I have already put in a complaint and Noone contacted me. Horrible! Customer sevice.

I accidentally ordered 2 of same vanity light. Order couldn’t be canceled but agreed to a free return.Order arrived w/a broken glass shade but customer service rep said another one would be shipped ASAP. Excellent customer service so far…
