It was easy to shop on your website. Loved all the choices you have. I thought I was supposed to get a $30 coupon for my first visit, however I didn't receive it or find a place to even enter a coupon code.
My lamp was online only.the first lamp came broken.i paid for another for the exchange and return.they sent the wrong one. Then I ordered a new one and the lady forgot to press the buy button so I never received the new one. Finally I got to talk to a manager. I have already put in a complaint and Noone contacted me. Horrible! Customer sevice.
It was stress free, quick and easy to find what I needed.

Lamps came in two boxes. Did not like them.
No free return.
No $6.95 return mailing bar code/sticker.
Instead, $10.00, per box.
Not an enormous big deal, but attitude of customer service rep. I spoke to was unsympathetic.
So I'm out $20, with no sympathy.
Amazon doesn't issue sympathy w/ their returns either. And I hate Jeff Bezos.
However, they will credit the entire amount.
And the shipping is free.

The ad came up when I googled for this particular type of lamp.
No other reason.
Looked like it would be sufficient, attractive, etc.
They were too heavy & to large for the bedroom where they were to be installed.
