Lamps Plus

Like most web sites it is somewhat cumbersome to navigate since they have thousands of products. Filters are iffy as to what you will see. Prices are typical for the products, I did not find any exceptional savings.
Transaction was smooth, shipping info was prompt and accurate.

Once I decided on my purchase, my new lamp arrived quickly. The lamp shade had minor bruises…could have lived with, however after speaking with customer service, they made it super easy to get a replacement shade!

Customer service listened to and completely responded to in a most friendly and satisfactory manner!

Purchased two fixtures for outside to replace old ones that flank the garage. Proportions were too big so returned in person to my neighborhood Lamps Plus. Original order was through the website. Easy and quick return in store. Purchased same set that was a size smaller and it works great and looks fantastic. The fixtures elevate the house and make it look more modern, fresh and current. Easy to install, well made and highly recommend. Hopefully will hold up well to the elements.

Whenever we need lighting or ceiling fans, etc. we turn to Lamps Plus. They have a large selection that satisfies all tastes. Most of the time they have exactly what we need and like. The products come quickly and safely. We haven't put the latest purchases up yet but are excited to see!

My lamp purchase process was excellent, quick and updated information on delivery status of my order. Also my lamp has a double drum pure white silver shade, which is the reason I ordered this lamp, that provides bright white light, instead of the yellow linen look lighting, which makes the room really pop with bright light. We are downsizing to an open floor plan and my existing lamps look dated. I love the wall sconces for my powder room, simple but elegant and the two table lamps are just right. Great prices, good communication and quick delivery.

I love this lamp. It seems to be made well, with a ceramic base and a wood neck. The cost was very reasonable. The overall look is super. The only issue was that the lampshade came a bit dented on one side. I have simply moved that side to the wall so no one can see.

I purchased a variety of different light fixtures and they all matched based on the website recommendations-- all are beautiful and well made. Changed the whole ambiance of my tea shoppe and cafe. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase!

The console table that I bought was on a couple different sites at a higher price and on one site it did not include shipping. However, I was excited to find it on Lamps Plus for less and free shipping. I took a chance based on some prior purchases from this website. I was not disappointed. The table came in a matter of days, packaging was in excellent condition and all pieces were well packed. Everything I needed was included and I was able to assemble it myself with no problems. The table looks great in my space. I love it.

I recently did a half bath update. I had no difficulty finding the right vanity, toilet, faucet, light fixture and accessories. However, finding the right mirror to place over the vanity wasn't quite as easy...until I went to LampsPlus.com! There were several great options and I am happy with the one I chose! The mirror is modern with a design feature that adds class to the space. The mirror was packed very well, arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I have had many compliments on my bathroom update, particularly on the mirror. I will definitely go to Lampsplus.com for future purchases mirrors plus more!

One of our lampshades arrived a bit dented. All it took to remedy this was a call to LP and they instantly said a new one would be mailed to us.
No hassel!
I am unsure what to do with the old one? Please advise.

I needed a pair of lamps for a guest bedroom with a coastal feel. I had a good selection to choose from. The website allows you to search by style, color, etc. My lamps were a good value and shipped quickly. The lamps arrived very well packed. I'm happy with my choice.

I ordered four lamps which arrived in record time. One of the lamps was damaged and lamps plus immediately shipped another. I wish other shippers and merchants were this efficient!

I ordered two swing arm lamps for my bedroom. The ones available did not have a lamp shade that I liked. The service rep was so patient and professional. She spend at least a half hour assisting me to find just the right shades. Great experience!

I am very pleased with the lights I ordered. I was looking for vintage lighting and I was able to choose from several lights that were appropriate for the age of my house, built in 1889. The lights arrived super fast, were packed well so there was no breakage, and were easy to install. Definitely recommend

I have bought wall lamps from Lamps Plus and had to send the first set back as it was missing some screws. They took it back without a problem and the second set I purchased was perfect.
