Received the items I ordered. They were perfect except... one of the finials was flawed and unusable. I called up a reached a pleasant, cooperative and attentive lady on the phone. The poor thing had lost her voice but was doing her best. Realizing that my sending back the finial and reseeding a new one, she simply stated that she would send me a replacement at no cost. They run their business like they care and you can get that in your dealing with them. Rare to find this ethic in business these days. I will recommend them to everyone and I will call them again if I need anything lamp related. Top shelf out fit!- J. Bruce Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Junky product fell apart the minute I removed the plastic. They charge a restocking fee of 25% no matter what, plus you have to pay your own return postage and insurance. They made money off me by sending me junk!

Their return process is not "easy" as their website clearly states. If you don't have an part of the packaging it's a minimum 25% restock fee. Plus you have to pay to insure and ship it back and they also take out their original shipping and handling charges. It's over complicated and costly to complete returns through them. You're better off buy from another retailer even if it's costs a little extra to truly insure you have an "easy" return. Their statement is extremely misleading. Don't buy here.

Ordered this for my living room floor lamp. I should have gotten a slightly bigger size but it works well enough to keep. When I ordered they informed me it would come from the manufacturer instead which meant longer shipping time. Not a huge problem since I didn't need it right away. It was packed nicely and had no damage.

I'll order again from here if I need another.

I love my new shades and their help in diminishing my anger at the movers whose carelessness damaged or lost the original ones. Also I was very happy to work with competent Deb over two weekends to determine my needs and get them ordered. My experience is that you are an excellent shopping site. Thanks. Lois Thompson

The shades arrived carefully packed so that they traveled safely. I was really happy with the quality. They are beautifully lined, fit the light fixtures easily, and give off a lovely illumination. I had grown to dislike my dining room fixture, but the shades have given it a completely new and classier look.

I have a pair of Hollywood regency lamps (60's) that needed a dramatic, large black lamp shade. I found this wonderful shade and ordered two. Prices were fair, quality is amazing. They look great on my lamps

I ordered a lamp from Lamps, USA and it came in perfect. Once hung one of the four lights did not work. Called Lamps USA and they immediately sent a replacement that works perfectly. I would highly recommend this company

Didn't think I could find a lamp finial to match the one on my other lamp. Lamps USA had it! Yes, the cost seems exorbitant for a wooden sphere with some threading but now my lamps match and are back to the the original purchase condition. The shipping took longer than normal but this is during Covid-19. I am just glad the product is as advertised and it arrived in mint condition.

Tip for consumers:
Order well in advance, the color and image on website was accurate. It is a dark wood stain versus a dark cherry stain like on my original finial but I am happy that it is very close and hard to distinguish.

I used the lamp finial from Lamps USA because they were the only ones who had the type I wanted.

The lamp post light quality and cost exceeded our expectations. It was also delivered in a reasonable time period. Everywhere else I checked delivery time was at least 2-4 weeks and the cost for what we wanted was more expensive. We are very satisfied.

Lamps are the most important part of the interior, which may radically affect the mood of the house or apartment. That is why I think that you have managed to collect a great assortment, because it is diverse and original.

Went online, ordered my lamp and it was delivered three days later. Great value! Can not wait to find another lamp. It is so easy and you don't have to try and find a parking space, fight traffic or pay double what you find in a store. Thanks again!

Called to check to make sure I had ordered it correctly, because I did not get confirmation email of the sale. It took over 30 minutes for someone to actually answer and when they did, the rough guy on the phone basically implied that I did not know how to use my email. He was very condescending, would rather buy from Walmart or IKEA anyway, because they at least have someone higher to keep them accountable.

The harp is too small for anything other than a C-7 bulb to fit. I ended up being stuck using a 90 lumen, 1.5 watt, LED T-5 bulb, which is also twice the cost of the others, but far brighter than the C-7. The lamp itself is beautiful and of nice quality, for the price! I ended up making three trips to Lowes for 40 watt bulbs, that failed to work, though. The G-16.5 was too fat, the A-15 was too tall, as well as the standard B-10. (Yes, I worked at Sylvania, once upon a time, to know the bulb shapes.) All of which are roughly 325 lumens, which is needed with the thick (dark) shade. Unfortunately, I had already taken the box and paperwork to the dump, thinking the second bulb would have cleared the harp. I did notice that the harp doesn't seem to fit quite right in the lamp, like the wrong one may have been packaged. Its beautiful, but just too dim to use as a small desk lamp, with 1/4 of the standard lumens.

Called to check on my order because I never received a confirmation email and was verbally assaulted for compaining with statements like your stupid, you dont know how to check email and its not our problem. Still have not got a receipt.

This is a beautiful lamp. It was promptly delivered. The installation was tricky because the three wires and cord have to be exact in order to have the lamp be level. Also, the bottom plate was tricky to install. But we persevered and it was worth the effort. It looks like a $500 lamp, and not like anything you would see at a big box store. I have purchased from Lamps USA before, and have never been disappointed.

I am sorry I ordered from this company. Too much trouble for one small item. I do not have time to waste. I have not received the item, even so, I have no way to send a picture. I am fed up with companies that make it easy to order, then hard to receive you order.

Initially, they sent me the wrong pillow, and when I called to advise them of such, i had the misfortune of speaking with a very rude and unapologetic sales rep. I was so disturbed by how she handled it that I escalated the matter to the President of this smaller company. He did make sure the correct was one sent out and had the wrong one picked up at my home. Unfortunately, the correct one is very underwhelming and the color of the pillow isn't even close to the picture. But at this point, I just need to be done with this company, keep the mediocre pillow, and chalk it up to par for the course when ordering from a company with so many poor reviews.

We have struggled for over six months to find the "right" torchiere floor lamp for our living room. This lamp is it! In addition to its charming appearance, it is sturdy and appears to be well made. Lastly, we were very impressed with the ease of ordering and the protective packaging.

My laundry room is or was so dark, and the light switch was on the opposite end of the room, at the door to the garage. I got on line and found a light that would possibly be what I was looking for. Something at the entrance from the kitchen to light up the laundry room. Beacon Triangle Corner Light with a cord, is what I picked and I received it last week and got it installed over the weekend and I absolutely love it. It's the perfect solution to a problem that I've lived with for over 16 years. Thank you so much for making this light. It's awesome. Am so happy to finally solve the dark laundry room during the winter months. If you are looking for something unique this is the light for you. It has a long long cord with a switch on it for easy turning on and off. And it is so easy to install. Check it out. I got mine through Walmart.com I'm old school so I don't have a picture of it, but you can check it out on this site or Walmart.com. Thanks Again...

Everything is fine as long as you don't have to make a return! Then you get the run around and when you finally get authorization to return your refund is half of what you paid due to outrageous "shipping" charges. AVOID!

Poor shipping practices. A perfectly good lamp shade shipped poorly. In thin box. I have purchased many lamp shades from other sellers not to experience this problem.
The box was so flimsy and cheap there was no way it was going to be shipped across the States with out getting damaged. Not even a reinforced box. Thin cheap cardboard, I mean a thin box with no bubble wrap to keep pieces in place from juggling while shipping. Then the Customer Service Rep "Denise" was mad and abusive in their tone to me in emails, because i didn't want to pay good money for a damaged shade. Imagine that? Ha! I bet she wouldn't pay either for a damaged product. Small business owner reflecting these polices to their employees to speak to customers in such a way?... yes. They charge big and give bad product to consumer. SMH- go figure! A real bad attitude about refunding money. I bet they probably filed a claim with fed ex and got their money back and didn't want to return what they got from me... they still refused a refund to me at 8 days. Saying it was only 6 business days. Your open 7 days a week they are all business days... what the heck? Why argue? Give the customer what they want... typical small business owner acting like this. I say buy elsewhere! Don't risk the hassle!

DO NOT order from LampsUSA. Their return policy is meaningless. We ordered a set of wall sconces to match an existing chandelier but the finish on the one we opened was hideously wrong (orange rather than Antique Gold). Turns out that, because the items were sent from the manufacturer (Capital Lighting), the manufacturer's return policy was in effect, not the LampsUSA policy as stated on their website. The manufacturer refused to accept the return because the boxes had been 'damaged'. The only damage to the boxes when I submitted the return was from the removal of the shipping label which was required to return them. One, but not both, of the boxes was subsequently damaged by the shipping company, but Capital rejected both. My only options were to lose the money I paid or have the unusable items returned to me, which I did. In other words, the items were never returnable because the mere placement of a shipping label on the box rendered it in less than original condition. If there had been an option to give LampsUSA a lower rating than a 1, I would have. The return policy on their website is meaningless because it does not apply to all (if any) items they sell. Photos of the so-called damaged box (after it was returned to me) appear below. Note that both 'Factory Sealed' stickers are intact. There is also a photo of LampsUSA's response to my complaint about Capital's failure to accept the return.
