Received the items I ordered. They were perfect except... one of the finials was flawed and unusable. I called up a reached a pleasant, cooperative and attentive lady on the phone. The poor thing had lost her voice but was doing her best. Realizing that my sending back the finial and reseeding a new one, she simply stated that she would send me a replacement at no cost. They run their business like they care and you can get that in your dealing with them. Rare to find this ethic in business these days. Junky product fell apart the minute I removed the plastic. They charge a restocking fee of 25% no matter what, plus you have to pay your own return postage and insurance. They made money off me by sending me junk!
