Lancaster Puppies

Edna and Lancaster has tentacles through out country. Don't buy off Amish or off farm. They will die and Lancaster pays off vet for clean bill of health. It happened to me. Paid $3000 in vet bills. Nothing from Lancaster but lies. Stoponlineouppymills did a whole story about my experience.

What a terrible experience I had with this website. My first time purchasing my first puppy which was a Cavapoo. She was delivered to me 3/8/24. Make a long story short I only had her for a week & now today was the day that she's gone which is a sad situation because i was getting to know her and we had a bond. I believe she was already ill and I wasn't aware by the breeder when i purchase her or even when she was delivered to me. So please I wouldn't recommend no one to purchase their puppy from this website. I called the breeder today like twice no answer. FYI, a lady told me today the same thing happened to her and that this company aren't good at all. A lesson to be learned. R.I.P to my cinnamon. I was hoping for us to start a long journey.

We were looking everywhere for our new puppy and found him on lancasterpuppies.com. The breeder was super helpful and cared deeply about our puppy's journey home. Would purchase another puppy from that breeder!

Took deposit nd would not show current pics of dog. Made up many reasons to break appts. No such person Susan Arslan in NJ at all! Scammer. Mother is a pedigree but in the baby shot you see the legs of matted fur and pee covered mama.

Scam breeders the Amish are likely selling inbred puppies at a discounted rate. Websites like this and Greenfield puppies advertise puppies being mass produced at off grid Amish puppy mills and steel your money. No way! Walk away and grab an ethical breeder.

I bought my first puppy a little over a year ago from a very nice lady in the southern part of PA. Lydia is her name. She helped me find transport for the puppy. I have no idea how I would have gotten her home without the breeders help. The puppy was beautiful and clean and health and happy when she arrived to me from approximately 400 miles away. This puppy has been my Joy ever since she arrived. No joy is not her name. I love her so much and I'm so happy she came to me. I am happy with my experience on Lancaster Puppies and am looking there for my second puppy.

This site will steal your money not Publish your ads I changed the photos and the name claiming this is a violation of their website it's amish owned most breeders on there are puppy mills selling poor quality pups

I contacted 4 Boston terrier breeders via text about their pups. They all responded in a timely manner. No one asked for deposit. I drove 3 hrs to pick up my new pup. She's healthy and with AKC papers. Great experience.

I bought a 9 week old Shi-Poo from breeder Marian Fisher through Lancaster and the puppy could not be more perfect. She is a real love, loves people - which leads me to believe she received a lot of human love prior to her release. I would buy another from this breeder and I just may do that! She was king, helpful and caring and produces great dogs!

We bought a rat terrier yorkie mix and paid when we got the puppy in hand. A 3 hour drive into beautiful Amish country about 5 weeks ago. A well maintained farm in PA.

After searching for months for a Corgi it occurred to me to check other states. We drove from north GA to Pembroke KY for the best puppy ever. After speaking on the phone I gave a $100 deposit and arranged to meet the following Saturday. Chris Hoover raises well bread Corgis, at least according to our vet! Our puppy was in perfect health and picture perfect!

I purchased a 3 month old Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier from an Amish farm in Lititiz, PA. The family came out and greeted us. It was obvious from the start that this puppy received tons of love by the owners and children. The mother was there and her pups roamed freely about. I was given the AKC certificate, vet paperwork, vaccination bottles for my vet, and a bag of food to slowly get her used to her new diet in her new home. She's well mannered and behaving fine. She's been easy to train and has been happy n healthy from the start. I did not even know about PA Amish puppy mills until after I bought her. I do not believe she came from one. She's gentle, loving and super sweet. She's adjusted well at the grooming salon and making friends at doggy daycare. I'm in love because she's perfect. I'd buy from there again!

Yuck. Mennonite (Amish) the place is not nice at all. Pups in kennel type barn. Stinky, pups were coughing. These people don't know anything about the breeds they are breeding. No knowledge. Just how? How can they be in business? Breeding too many breeds for sure.

I can't even give them one star. I contacted them after I was defrauded by one of their listing Breeders, with specific information. The breeder represented on the site that the puppy was a Maltipoo---and it is actually a mix of five breeds. Lancaster said that, indeed, the puppy looked like a Shih Tzu (the actual dominant breed), and that they would "look into it". I have received no response from them and they continue to allow this Breeder to list similar puppies on the site. The Breeder's name is Bunny Hutchinson of Eden, New York. Avoid her at all costs.

I went on Lancaster puppy after reading that they make sure the pups are healthy and happy only to encounter a puppy mill that had nearly 200 dogs. The dogs live in kennels with constant noise, they have minimum human contact and many are stir crazy for to not getting out of the kennels to the pound they look like they may injure themselves. I reported this breeder to Lancaster puppies and they said they saw no red flags even though I gave proof of the number of dogs. The care standards through USDA are minimal and according to Lancaster puppies that is good enough, but these most definitely were not happy and healthy dogs!

I was EXTREMELY skeptical of Lancaster puppies website. I am from the area so I know about the puppy mill problem in Lancaster. I HEAVILY researched the people who were selling my pup. Our experience honestly blew my mind. Mom and dad were in perfect condition and so so sweet and social (puppy mill dogs will not be this way). We stayed for over 20 minutes just talking with Rachel Kauffman, the owner of the pups. We've only had ours for 3 weeks, so I can't say that things will be 100% in the future, but so far so good. If you are buying from this site research the seller, ask tons of questions. Health records, vet records, who is the vet, can you meet mom and dad, can you see where the pups are kept etc etc.

I just had to have my 11 month old puppy have hip surgery and get fixed. The dna showed he was over breed. He also has hip dysplasia. Junior Yoder did not disclose this hereditary condition. Though I did not speak to him I spoke to a family member who didn't care abt this I would never buy a pup from him or his family.

I have tried several times to buy from Lancaster but the phone #s for sellers are always bad or go to a voicemail with a different name than the lister seller. They have a contact form but then ask me to provide the sellers email ( which is not listed). The actual # to Lancaster Puppies goes to "a voicemail that has not been set up" it just makes me wonder if this place is legit when I can never seem to get a person? How does one go about purchasing from them?

My wife & I got a 11 week Husky Pup from Ruth in Ohio, and he was delivered to us 5 days ago. However, we've found some temperamental issues with him, he isn't fully vaccinated like she said he would be and not even microchipped. We would like to return him and even agreed for a no-refund because we want him to go to his original home/environment, but the breeder isn't responding to our calls.

I purchased a GSD from this site. The "breeder" was nice over the phone and made the pup sound like he was ready to go. When the pup was shipped to me he was much older than originally stated, malnourished, and absolutely terrified of everything. The "vet records" that came with the pup showed he actually didn't receive any of his shots like she said he did. The "vet" also cleared him in good health. I took my GSD to my vet and found out he has bad hips, a skin disease, and was 10lbs under weight. Barbara should be arrested for the state my GSD came in. A few months later we are still working on his skin disease. He unfortunately cannot be a working dog like he was purchased for due to his many ailments. Though I don't care about appearances, for a GSD his ears do not stand and his fur is very patchy. I love him to death, but I can't imagine what the other pups on this site have or are subjected to.

Most of these breeders are Amish and Menonite puppy mills. I actually bought a puppy for half of the original listing price, because I thought no one else would. Puppy was covered in flea / mite scabs. Was bald in several spots from excessive itching. Also, the puppy at 3 months was on adult dog food instead of being weaned to a puppy chow.

I want to purchase a Beabull. These reviews are conflicting. Puppy Mills!? I am now afraid to purchase from these breeders. So disheartening. Can ANYONE be honest and tell me who is a reputable Beabull breeder to purchase from!? I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
