My previous orders online at Lancome were all screwed up. Gave them another shot. Placed an order online, it has been a week, and my items have not shipped yet. No email update, nothing. I contacted them, and the items are not in stock, and won't ship until they are back in stock. Even though when I placed the order, it stated in capital letters that the items were IN STOCK.
ALso, Lancome, PLEASE stop making your online customer service reps greet each customer with BONJOUR!, when they do not speak any other French whatsoever. It's just annoying.
I really love their products. I think that sometimes are overpriced but I still love them. I really like their eyeshadows ans I have them for years. I also like their cleansing products. Over all is a liable company with good products
