I purchased my L'ange Le Volume hairdryer in January '23 from Target as I had a gift card. It now only blows out cold air. I contacted L'ange customer service, but since I no longer have the receipt, there is nothing that can be done. For the price, it should have lasted for more then 6 months. I've had my Revlon dryer for years and have had no issues. The reason I wanted the L'ange was to have 2 brushes sizes. Save yourself $$ and don't get the L'ange.

I absolutely love this company! With each purchase you earn points to redeem for cash towards your next purchase! I just got the new Le Duo Grande and it is by far my favorite tool to use! I can have a full head of beach curls in 15 minutes! It's so easy to use, it's sleek, and I love the cooking air vents!

L'ange products are inferior to others & over priced. I have a Le Duo which doesn't straighten my hair. The Le Vite didn't straighten my hair but did a good job at burning my fingers. I had gift cards and in all the returns and exchanges L'ange took them away. In my last post, L'ange said they would contact me, but didn't. Their customer service is beyond dismal. Good luck trying to reach them. Don't buy into the hype. There are better products out there.

I bought a styling tool from L'ange, but it did not work for my hair. So, I tried to return it. They do not accept calls, their online chat did not work. When I finally heard from them they told me to return it they subtracted out $7 just for the return, they subtracted out what I had paid for taxes, and I needed to pay for shipping it back. In the long run I would be out at least $20 from the original price I paid. If I had known I would have purchased from Ulta, Amazon, Target, etc.

Order from retailers with a fair return policy.
I purchased a LeDuo flat iron less than a year ago. It is now broken. They claim to have a 1 year warranty but when I try to contact them about the warranty I can not get anyone to help. The live chat was started and then when I told them that my iron was broken I never received a response. I have tried live chat again, text and email with no response. I will never purchase another thing from this company.
They sent me over 30 useless emails already and after I've asked them to STOP they still continue to fu***** send me emails and text messages if I knew this before buying I wouldn't have bought sh** it's not worth it at ALL if sending back product would STOP these f****** emails i would send it back never again will I buy anything from them waste of money time and email space
