After spending $730.00 on just 2 products, I requested a few samples. However, after getting and going back and fourth with these customer service people, no samples EVER came to my home. I got several emails asking what I wanted and after filling out the form, they said it was going to "review board?" what on earth is that? It's a free tiny little sample. YOU would think they would respect their customers. Sick of waiting for a tiny little tube!
This store has great skin care products. I love their anti aging serum. I have really noticed a difference since I started using it. I also really like their under eye gel. I used to have dark circles under my eyes, and now they are vastly improved.

Sunita has provided exceptional customer service, through her extensive product knowledge and was able to utilise that knowledge to guide me through my personal needs to ensure best possible outcome for me individually.

I broke out using this brand skin care products. I suffered for 6 months. Spent 1000s dollars going to dermatologist for the brake out. OMG!

One of the worst experiences l have ever had with any company. They sent me a product that was faulty and virtually impossible to open. When l did finally get it open ( after 45 minutes of struggling with the bottle), the $800 contents flew across the room damaging my walls, furniture, and bedding.
La Prairie never replied to my emails, which for a company selling such so-called luxury products should be ashamed of!
