Waited nearly a month, battery did not arrive,was told it was coming from Hong Kong,strange when web site said it was U.K. Stock,they did refund but what a waste of time.It did finally arrive,after I'd purchased another,have returned at my cost.

Received well packaged, and after completing the recommended charging cycle, I found it lasts between 4-6 Hrs, depending on usage.

The battery was in good condition as well as the timing of the delivery! Only downside is no confirmation email was given, so I was a tad confused on if the purchase went through. Overall 5/5 would happily buy from here again.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Asus laptop which was relatively easy (by model number); the installation of Asus laptops requires disassembly of the case, but this too was relatively easy... I had bought s laptop and phone tool for this. It took about 30 minutes to carefully unscrew the case, remove the old dead battery and install the new one. The laptop immediately recognised the battery and powered to life... Very happy with my purchase... I highly recommend Laptop-Battery.org.uk and will definitely use them again!

Could not decide whether it was a battery issue or charger issue. Decided to replace battery via laptop-battery.org.uk as it made clear the one I needed - unlike some other sites- duly delivered and Chromebook back in action again.

Managed to get a new battery and charger for a 4.5 year old Clevo laptop for under £50.
They made sure to confirm the charger would be the right size, which i thought was excellent.

Delivery took 2 weeks - however, given the current situation this is understandable.

Novatech advised me that Laptop-Battery.org.uk could provide me with a compatible battery for my Novatech Model N1595 Laptop. Tracking the delivery of the first battery I ordered it seemed to go astray in Hermes central warehouse. Laptop-battery.org.uk refunded the money I had paid in full, without quibble, suggesting I re-order. I re-ordered on condition carriage was via normal post. Apart from an initial delay due to the Chinese New Year, the battery was delivered in good time by Parcelforce. The battery fitted my laptop perfectly and is working well.

I found this company during a google search for a new battery for my laptop as they came in at a price much lower than others (some wanted £80+). The ordering process was simple and the battery arrived during the timescale stated. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if I need to.

What can I say, I was a bit wary buying from this site but it is the best thing I have done not only was the price really good, so was the service from start to finish. The battery arrived very well packaged, was at least 75% already charged and very strong, after me and my husband pushed the very fragile connectors into the slots - I thought this is it won't work now, we had pressed really hard against the connections. My Toshiba laptop, is brilliant, it now loads all the apps virtually instantaneous when I sign in, the battery lasts a lot longer than before and I would not hesitate to use again or to recommend to anyone wanting a new battery - well done and many thanks. I am very pleased. It was easy to order my replacement laptop battery and although it took 16 days (incl. Weekends) to arrive, postage was very very economical (only £3.96 for quite a sizeable packet).

When my battery died on my laptop it felt like the end of the world because all local shops couldn't supply new one. The ease of ordering from this site was fantastic and the quality of the product first class. Would definitely recommend them

STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY!

I am extremely unhappy with this company because they don't take their responsabilities and their offer a cheap service. You have to fight you way to be heard, trusted and maybe, if you are lucky, provided with the proper service.

Two orders with that company and two big mistakes:
In 2013 I asked for their advice about the kind of battery I needed. I trusted them and then received a battery that wouldn't fit my computer. I could not return them since I had agreed on the product thinking they were professionals

In 2015 I decided to let it go and put that mistake aside. Once again, I ordered a battery paying extremely attention to the reference number. This time I get the right battery but the wrong Miliamp Hours. After exchanging mails like for one month because they wouldn't believe me they had made a mistake, they finally agreed to get the product returned in Asia... the shipping fees my own cost! I can't believe how cheap they act and how irresponsible they are! I could pay the shipping fee but it's a question of principles.

You better have no probems with this company because that's the kind of service you will get if you order with them AND your order results being wrong.

I usually don't write reviews but I really feel angry and above all I mostly feel wronged. They seem not to care about their web reputation and writing that review I hope other people won't be making the same mistake.
