“BEWARE”

Like various other people I have had a nasty experience with this outfit. I needed a battery quickly for my HP laptop and their website suggests they are a UK company but its a scam. They (or he) are in China and delivery took 2 weeks.
Battery worked fine for several weeks then completely seized up. After numerous emails they asked me tom post it back before they would refund. They said the item never arrived but Royal Mail say batteries are a prohibited product and supplier will have known about this. It has cost me £50 in total and many frustrating hours - all avoidable if I had done my homework first:-(

Just save yourself the hassle and find a UK based product
