My battery was initially out of stock but then came in a day or two later. I was upgraded to usps priority mail free but still took about the same time to get to me. Battery works fine and was an easy transaction, so I am satisfied.
The battery was a perfect fit for my 10 year old HP Notebook. First test of the battery showed that it would last at least two hours possibly more. It may last longer once it is broken in and used more. This is according to the battery's specifications. I may purchase an additional battery so I will gain additional battery usage time, if needed.

I've used the company before to replace my battery; locating and ordering the battery is very easy. As before, I have meticulously followed the recommended charging cycles to maximize my battery performance. Over the first few days I was deeply disappointed in the 'time remaining' (from full charge to 30% was less than an hour). That said, the duration has improved over the last week to about 2 hours.
I hope that continued conditioning (based on the included written recommendations) will improve the time I can use the battery off the charger. Ultimately, I would wish that I could at least get 2.5 hours off the battery just doing work like Word documents. I'm not doing much to tax the computer (e.g., gaming).
The battery is a reasonable priced and the speed in which I received the replacement battery was exceptional. No complaints regarding the company or the product.
I have received a second battery after the first battery was not recognized by my Dell Latitude. The second battery produced the same results. The laptop boots up and runs on both batteries, but it doesn't look like the battery is charging and my laptop runs very slowly when either of the batteries are being used.
Tech support said that it might be a software problem. I don't intend to waste any more time on this, and I will return both batteries for a refund.

It is a battery. It worked out of the box. It has worked for several charge cycles and it continues to function properly. I am still going through cycling the battery for break in, and am already happy. It seems to be lasting quite a long time. I do not know exact time as I don't have time to spend on that pc regularly. After the first full charge; The first drain on mostly sleep mode took over night. The second drain took three days with more use than on the first drain. WOW! I am sure to be more than satisfied after break in.

Battery came in two days' time. Came with clear instructions. After conditioning, found that the battery can last about 6 hours before having to recharge. Great, will order again if you still carry the battery.
