Found what I was looking for and was an easy checkout. Paid for the faster shipping and arrived in 3 days. Pretty straight forward on swapping out the old for the new and seems to be running like a champ. Overall pleasant experience with zero problems so far.

Haven't used it yet with battery only, but expect it to work well.
Feel confident that if I have a problem, laptop express would remedy it.

You can buy batteries for half this price but the cheapo companies have bad reviews on their products.
Just buy a good one and avoid the hassle of a bad one.

Received the battery quickly and it fit my computer perfectly with no problems. The 9-cell battery I purchased lasts about 6 hours, which is good, but not quite as good as I was hoping for. So far, the battery is working well. I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies regarding short battery life, so hopefully this battery won't have any issues, but it is too soon to tell at this point! Otherwise, it has been a good shopping experience.

Everything was wonderful from ordering on line to the fast shipping. I first ordered from another place and had to send it back even though it said it would fit, it didn't. This new battery fits fine has a long charge time and was cheaper! Will come here again if we need a battery for another laptop.

Quick, easy site to navigate, but more importantly you provide detailed information about your batteries AND additional information on how to extend battery life, care, and maintenance. I have learned from the past that all laptop batteries are not manufactured to the same standards.

My battery isn't working. I get a 7% full after being plugged in, following the directions that came with it. Any suggestions or could I PLEASE get a replacement? I was laid off and really, really need this to work.

The battery arrived amazingly fast. It also came with some very thoughtful and useful instructions/guidelines on using the battery. I've been using and working the battery to a considerable extent since it arrived and it's been performing very well. Bottom line is that at this time I'm very pleased with laptopbatteryexpress.

BTW, my laptop is seven years old and the original battery worked for about five years and then failed to hold a charge. Over the next two years, I went through three of the cheaper replacement batteries which began failing after six to nine months. I'm very optimistic that this battery with OEM cells will last much longer than the cut-rate replacement batteries.

I have purchased a Dell Laptop battery previously and it's been working great. Longer life up to 5 or 6 hours.
Now ordering for my older Sony laptop hoping for similar experience with longer life 9 cell.
