This is my second order for a laptop battery for two different laptops. The first order took a long time to get to my USPS box as if the UPS Sure Post did mess up. It was so easy for me to find the correct battery at the website. The battery I needed was for a laptop that I purchased in 2006 so I thought it might be difficult or even impossible to find the one I needed. Not only did I find it quickly I also upgraded to a 12 cell from a 6 cell and still paid a very fair price. The battery arrived in just a couple of days. I'm still concerned about the battery. The first time I used it, after following the instructions very carefully, it went from full to 2% in minutes. It seems to be operating better now...still watching it.

The battery was priced between the expensive HP batteries and the low end batteries of dubious manufacture. It seems to be well made and was 75% charged when I received it. Further usage is needed to determine how long it will run the laptop and whether it is equal to an OEM battery.

It took me quite a while to find the (hopefully) right battery for my HP notebook/laptop. Numbers and letters on batteries difficult to read and compare; however, I did find what I think is the right battery.

So far so good. I like the educational material on the site. Now I know why my factor batter didn't last long. I thought it was a good idea to run the battery all the way down, but now I know that for lithium batteries that's a bad idea.

Battery worked well and I used it on a long trip where it was used down to around 5% several times. Each time it charged up completely and lasted several hours. Worth the extra money to get something that works well. Time will tell how long it works well.
