I tried to cancel this order three different ways. First, I went to the website and tried to cancel it, but all I got was a message that there were no orders under my name - obviously not true. I sent a message to the email address listed under 'contact us', and said to cancel the order, but it was ignored. I called the following morning during the hours stated under 'contact us' and could only leave a message, since no one was apparently available to actually talk to me. I clearly stated that I wanted to cancel the order and to contact me at my phone number (same number as listed on the order). No response was received; no attempt was made to contact me. The order was shipped against my wishes. So, NO, I am not at all satisfied with my experience.

I haven't opened or used the product yet, but I was happy with the price (quite a bit less than others), the website was informative and I received the battery sooner than expected. Overall, a great experience so far.

So far so Good. Site was very easy to use. Checkout just took a few minutes. We will see about shipping time... Delivery took 15 days. I could see if it was coming from Alaska to Virginia but this was just from Ohio to Virginia. I could see about 5 to 7 days but, 15 talk about snail mail!

When the battery was opened, we found out that there is a problem charging the battery, so our IT folks are looking at the battery to see if we will need to return the battery for a replacement.

It took a long time to find the battery I needed. Using my computer model name just wouldn't work. The only way I could get a battery to show up was to type in a battery number, which I didn't have, because I had a generic battery. I am new so will wait and see on the fit & service life, as you may deserve a higher rating than I gave you.
I have since received the battery, and it fits perfect. I am now following the instructions for conditioning the battery, so I'll see what kind of service it gives me. So far I'm very satisfied.

This was the third online attempt at replacing my laptop battery. First company sent a defective battery and charged me $5 to return it. Second talked me into buying a charger too. I received a charger and a notice they were canceling my order. I wish this company would have been my FIRST choice! Fast, functional and reasonably priced! The first battery did not fit. It keeps falling off my laptop. Mr. Rolfe right away sent a replacement from a different batch and the second battery fits perfectly. I have already sent back the first battery yesterday. The replacement battery now works and fits perfectly. Thank you for a superb service!

Shopping here was fast, easy, and I found my battery in no time. I had to use either the model number or battery part number but either way I found my battery by being able to use more than one identifier. Thank you!

I am not sure I got the right needed part. I need the charger for a dell LapTop and I am still receiving the error and my internal battery is not getting charge. Do you know how to resolve the problem?

The new battery didn't work when I first installed it in my laptop. It was only after some further research that I discovered the power cord/charger was the problem. Once I installed a new power cord/charger the new battery worked fine. This advice should be given to other potential customers.

I received my order of a battery and cord package; however, after following directions on how to replace, charge and recharge the battery, my computer worked for a while until we had a power outage and I could not recharge the battery. I cannot use my computer at all.

Information provided on the website clearly identified the correct battery to order for my notebook. The replacement battery seems to hold charge very well and runs the computer for a quite a while before requiring charging.

Clear intuitive site. Appreciate product description / advice. Delivery beat estimate. Do have concerns about battery condition at shipment. Followed battery break-in instructions of full overnight charge, followed by several 1 hr discharges/recharges to condition the battery during first several days. After 2 days of 2+hrs of life showing right after start-up (after full charge and overnight rest) the battery life shown at start-up (on full charge) has decreased from 2+ hrs to 1 hour and 25 minutes@ 89% charge, decreasing to 1 hr 3 minutes@ 66 % charge after being on for 20 minutes. Seems like useful life per full charge at start-up should stay above 2 hours for at least several months of service. Still hoping for improvement!

Checkout lost all the information and it had to all be done again. Each item would not accept auto-fill in with out additional effort to get the information to be accepted. The delivery time was excellent!

I tried to call, held on hold and then after a while went to voice mail with no option to hold. I hope I ordered the right thing, I really need this to be correct and this week - thanks for no live help

I called to make sure I was getting the correct battery and it was good that I did because the nice man helped me order the correct one.He also gave me a coupon code.
I received my battery in a couple of days and it works great.
