Purchased battery for Apple MacBook Unibody. Battery was slow getting here because of CHRISTMAS holidays and storms. Had Priority Mail 2 Day but took a week+ to get here.
Battery came with the two special screwdrivers needed for the replacement. It was easy to replace the battery, just take your time and put the screws you remove in a safe place. No installation instructions with the battery so had to use another computer and got some good instructions on line. Not all of the holes would line up on the battery, so got out a small rat tail file and elongated them to enable the screws to go back in straight. So far, so good, battery seems to be working fine. The battery came with two different conflicting sets of instructions for initial charging. No help on line for this, as there are many different thoughts on the subject. Good luck!

I can not get the battery to charge up it only goes to 70% I'm not sure why it will not fully charge up.>?

I was extremely happy with the battery--it worked as advertised. As for the charger it did not work. I plugged it in and the battery indicator on the computer reflected that the battery was not charging. When I pulled the charger from the computer the tip was hot. I took it to the geek squad at Best Buy and their test indicated a short in the charging tip. I went ahead and bought a universal charger and it worked perfectly. I have not had good luck with electronic devices made in China; it's a hit and miss proposition most of the time.

I looked at many battery sites trying to find a replacement battery for my HP Pavilion laptop. This was the first site that was able to match the existing battery number and identify a replacement. Thank you! It was also the easiest site to use to find a replacement.

It took over a week to respond to my question of which replacement battery was the correct one for my laptop.
When I received the replacement it was correct! Just a little to much time to respond in the beginning. Then, excellent service after!

I was able to use the site with ease however I paid an upgraded shipping cost that I believed was for FedEx ground delivery but was delivered by postal service and was like normal delivery time as if I paid no cost shipping. The battery fit perfectly and was relatively easy to install just be careful with the tiny screws on your lapop. I wore latex gloves to protect battery and helped handle the tiny screws. My biggest grip is so far the battery life is far less than when I initially bought my laptop. I was believing this was an OEM Dell battery but it is not and its falling short in performance but it works fine and was easy to install just not as long as the original.

I thought the battery I ordered was the exact same size as the one I was replacing, however, when the battery arrived it was "bigger." My old battery was flush to the laptop, the new battery sticks out about an inch from the back, much like the larger batteries also available. I thought I would not like this configuration, but after using the "bigger battery" configuration I was happy with the set up and the part of the battery sticking out the back has not been an issue.

Your website is problematic. I clicked on the item i wanted and when i went to the check out it was a completely different item. This happened several times. When i finally got the item i wanted and made sure that's what was in the checkout basket it was a completely different price than was first quoted. I'm still not sure what the correct price is but my boss needs the battery.

Received a defective battery and simply sent an email requesting a replacement unit. I was told that the return postage would be reimbursed and that a replacement was being sent. Otherwise Great products and service.

The shopping experience was quick and easy, and the shipping time was excellent. I appreciate the followup to ensure that the battery was received as scheduled. The battery was an exact match for the original, and so far the performance is good, definitely an improvement over the old battery. The price was a little higher than others I had seen online, but the warranty is better, and I suspect you get what you pay for. So far I am very satisfied.

I am buying a 'higher power' battery, hoping it will last longer when running on it. Your website says it is compatible and a viable replacement to use with my ASUS Laptop (K52F Model). I guess we will find out. I do hope it is and you will not have to hear from me until I buy another product from you.

I exchanged email messages with your customer service to assure I would order the exact battery I wanted. I wanted an extra cell battery that forms a big lump on the back of my laptop and props it up at a nice typing angle. Customer service sent me a link to specify the exact battery I wanted. I ordered it and customer service connected me with the exact battery I wanted. Great customer service.

I am impressed by your company. I watched the video about the quality of your batteries. I looked at cheap batteries on Amazon and rejected buying them there. They were cheap and the reviews were not good.

The new battery works very well and the fast delivery time was important because the last time I tried to find a battery for a laptop it took many weeks. The new battery looked just like the old one so I was reassured that it was the correct one.
