Seems like a quality replacement very similar to OEM but less expensive. Downside is that it is also considerably more than most other non OEM replacements. I purchased from LBE because it was highly rated from another geek website. At this point I am happy with my purchase but would do more research next tiime especially if it doesnt last. Very fast shipping.

I would have purchased 4 batteries in total, but the shipping option provided and according price made the batteries so expensive that I only order the one essential extended power battery. I can get the others shipped to me for free

I received the battery I ordered swiftly. Fedex charged dearly for that so I guess that could be expected.

Review, I am running the battery in a Toshiba S70. Despite having a very extended power period due to being a double power pack I do have one very frustrating issue. Windows 10 doesn't show the length of remaining battery power in either hours and minutes nor in "%" which means I have no idea when I need to charge the battery...

I tried the windows options towards reboot and reset of battery power plan options but the battery power remains being "calculated".

Because of a multiple of possible battery types for my HP Pavilion dv4, the first one delivered was incorrect. Upon learning of the problem and being informed of the part number associated with my computer, the company immediately sent the proper battery with a return mail sticker so that I could return the incorrect model. I was very well impressed.

Very easy billing except I couldn't get the "Place Order" box to accept my PayPal payment to begin with. I finally succeeded after a few attempts. There seemed to be a glitch somewhere with the button.

The only thing you guys could do to improve the experience is add the needed screwdrivers in the case of apple stuff. For example the Macbook air needed a pentalobe screwdriver to undo the bottom, which I was unaware of. It only cost me $3 online to get, but if you had given the option to include it with the battery I may have payed up to $15 for the additional screwdriver. Just a thought for your business.

Wow I recieved the product in about half the time they said it could take. It works great. The you tube video was the deal maker. Good quality parts used to make the battery.

Very happy with all aspects of the order processing and shipment of the new battery for my laptop. Have installed it and it working very well. I ordered it on a Saturday night, it was shipped on Monday and I received it in the mail on Wednesday. The only criticism would be with the USPS package tracking system which wasn't updated properly for the order. Would certainly recommend you to others.

Easy to find battery I need. I accidently sent in a review that did not give 5 stars to customer service (finger slipped on screen) and need to be sure that I correct that. The customer service was EXCELLECT. Now only did I receive the correct battery in a timely fashion, I called customer service to ask a battery question and they diagnosed a problem with my laptop along with specific instructions on how to have it repaired. The advice was spot on. I highly recommend this company and will buy from them again.

Came here because Dell is unable to sell me a replacement battery for my IN-WARRANTY laptop. All they can do is tell me they *might* have a refurbished battery with a 90 day warranty.

I haven't purchased a 3rd party battery for a laptop before, based on horror stories of overheating and fires. Hopefully the battery I've just purchased works as well as your website says it will.

Upon receiving my order I noticed that the battery capacity was incorrectly stated. Instead of the ****mAh pack I received a ****mAh pack. If I would have known this I would have purchased the battery thru Amazon where for $** more I could have bought a ****mAh pack. I did not contact seller however as I has already opened the pack and needed to use the battery. That said my general shopping experience was OK as they did ship very quickly. I am just upset that what was advertised was not shipped. It was however a very old laptop and this battery was hard to find and assume they sell very few thus website updates on this product I assume don't happen much at all.

I ordered the same battery about a year ago and it worked perfectly. This time around I ordered the exactly same item but the plug to the laptop port changed and I could not use it. I emailed asking for an RMA number but still have not received one.

Ordered an "extended" battery for my Dell laptop. The battery fit perfectly in the battery housing, but due to laptop casing design one could not open the screen more than 1/8th full. As a result, one could no longer see the screen. Notified Laptop Battery Express by phone. A complete exchange for an OME battery and paid shipping both ways was executed immediately and received replacement in 2 days. Great service. Absolutely no hassel. Thanks LTBE. JD, North Carolina.

I paid for a two day delivery, but it took 7 days before this reached me. Don't know if this was due to SA custom hold-up or not. If the exchange rate ZAR vs USD is taken into account plus the import tax I had to pay on the product, the price is the same should I have bought it in South Africa. And have the same day.

Very clear and easy to use web site. Even though product is likely made in China, at least I am dealing with a North American company (Canada) with good grammar and BBB rating.

Not the fault of the company, but my order sat for two days twice during transit by UPS. It came from Canada quickly, but was held up at two places after it reached the Los Angeles area. I could have saved money by NOT paying for expedited shipping.

Easy-to-use website makes selecting the right replacement battery simple. Fast delivery. The battery was much better and less expensive than the Dell brand replacement. It installed easily and lasts much longer than the original Dell battery. I'll definitely use LBE again for future replacements.

Thank you for including the YOUTUBE video to show exactly how to replace battery. This company is outstanding they 1st shipped to my address in Florida. I would have received my battery in 2 days; however, because there was a sub and my mailbox wasn't activated, she did not even knock on my door but marked the package undeliverable and sent it back to the company. After talking to the USPS rep and realizing what had happened, I immediately contacted Laptop battery, which they immediately resolved the problem without any extra cost too me.
