I ordered 2 batteries for 2 different laptops. Was super simple regarding finding the batteries I needed. One even shipped with tiny screwdrivers that were needed. Only reason I gave them a 4 and not a 5 is because I had to watch a few videos online to figure out how to get the battery out / find the process for opening up the laptop and finding all the screws. But that was easy enough to find in about 2 minutes. Will use them again if needed and I highly recommend using them.

I needed batteries for a very old Makita drill. They not only had them but they came fully charged with directions on how to treat the batteries. Thank you for reviving my old drill motor. When I noticed the company's name I also ordered a battery for my old Toshiba laptop. It also came fully charged and with very good directions on breaking in the battery and maintenance instructions. I had my computer info and entered it on their website and the correct battery appeared. I ordered and was amazed how fast I got it. There were detailed instructions with the battery on how to break it in for peak performance. A pleasant change from some website's. I definitely recommend getting your batteries from them.

I have purchased laptop batteries many times from here. Descriptions were accurate and the battery worked as expected. I was very satisfied, and that is why I'm ordering a replacement extended life battery for my new laptop and I also love the free shipping service!

The site was easy to use. Compared reg. Battery with X-tended battery. Chose X-tended battery. Less than $20.00 difference with a lot more run time. The site said it would stick out the back about 1 inch. It came in 1 day early and it sticks out the bottom of laptop very little. Don't even notice it. The battery has 2 non slip feet. Have had no problems with it.

Ordering was very easy keeping the needed information all on one page (did not have to fill in billing address then shipping address on next page then payment info on next page, etc).

Order shipped rapidly and received fairly quickly per USPS 2-day (although it took 3 days for whatever reason).

Battery fits MacBook aluminum, late 2008 and has the clear plastic tab for removing it.

Charged quickly.

Power on battery lasts sufficiently long (3-4 hours?) although I wish it was longer, but it's still in its early use and hasn't been tested thoroughly.

Instructions for first use/charging and conditioning for optimum performance are quite clear.

I hope this battery lasts as long as the life of an Apple battery.

I'd also like an extended charge battery from LaptopBatteryExpress but I didn't see one.

I bought this replacement battery for my Gateway laptop computer. I checked on many different sites and found them as low as $15.99 each. I did not feel confident in buying a battery at that price because I know you get what you pay for basically. I feel very confident in this company and the quality of battery I purchased.

I've been using the laptop for sometime now and I'm still very happy with this purchase.

I have bought LaptopBatteryExpress battery for my Dell N5110 from Amazon. After half a year of using the battery, the capacity is dropped to 73%. Three months later, the battery completely died. I have opened the battery to see what inside. I have found that the cells are not original. It was ph Great Power ******* cells, as shown in the image.

I ordered a battery, went to che k the shipping status and couldn't find my order, kinda freaked out. Called them.the next day, the person who answered was very helpful and I had a written down an incorrect number, anyway he figured it out. My battery is working great!

Still conditioning the new battery, so not yet sure how long it will hold a charge (so far it's not for as long as I had hoped), but very pleased with ease of service, good selection of products (I have a very old computer), and speedy delivery of order.

I received and installed this replacement battery without any issues. However after following the enclosed instructions and a few charging/recharging cycles for the past few days, I am surprised the replacement doesn't seems too good. (After fully charging the battery 100% last night and powering off the laptop the battery was at 56% the next morning) I will continue to refresh for a few more times too see how it lasts.

Over the years I've purchased four batteries from LaptopBatteryExpress for different laptops. All worked well and so far, years later, they continue to hold a charge. Shipping was always faster than promised, and the battery quality is great. By contrast, I bought a replacement battery last year from a company whose name starts with "A", and that lasted 3 months before it died. After that, I bought a replacement from LaptopBatteryExpress and it works like a champ. I may sound like a LaptopBatteryExpress shrill, but from on I will always use them for replacement batteries. You get what you pay for.

Tried eBay and received a dud battery. Went from 95% to 18% within seconds. Tried a second supplier ~ same thing. Found LBE problem solved and at ~ 1/2 the price of Dell brand name.

The battery I received was not the battery pictured on the website, which was the correct battery. But the one I received is not the one I ordered. I will include a file that pictures the photo of the battery pictured on the website when I placed my order. I can not use the battery I received. Therefore, I need to return it and if you can confirm you have the correct battery, which is more money, credit the amount I paid for the other battery and apply it to the correct one. The battery I received, was $49.90. The correct battery, according the website is $149.90.

It works and it extends the battery life of my computer as compared to the old worn out battery. As stated in the title, a couple of the tabs that have the screw holes were broken but it still stays in place just fine. Now all I need is a replacement CMOS battery.

When I ordered it the website stated it was being shipped standard and might take time very happily surprised when battery arrived within days. Vacuum working great once again.

I wasn't comfortable having to look for a replacement battery & charging cord for my Dell laptop because of being unsure I would get the correct product. You had exactly what I needed. Received the package in great condition and in a very short time. Everything worked great and I'm back in business.

I was looking for a battery for my Toshiba Satellite L10 which is no longer supported. After checking at several websites, I found it listed here. Battery was nicely packed, and deliver was fast. Price was a bit high but other than that, I'm fully satisfied my purchase.

Always nervous ordering online... from an unknown company... for a technology product. The website reassured me I was asking for the correct product--no red flags. Since I use a gold AmEx, not worried about seller being a bad player. Promised delivery time seemed long, but it is December and in a pandemic. Turns out it was super fast delivery, Dell-branded battery that looked like my old one. Best of all: detailed instructions on way to install, initially charge, and conditioning for best long-term outcome. Everything this septuagenarian DOC-dummy could want. So far, so good. During coming week, need to discharge battery a few times to 30-40%... duh, just need to find setting on laptop that will tell me this!

I needed a battery for my 8 year old Dell laptop. I could not get the battery from Dell because they stopped carrying it. I have been following the 5 day instructions to get the best power out of the battery. Just disappointed the charge didn't last as long as they said, however, I am not sorry for my purchase and would recommend to others... they still had the best prices and products than the others?

I am on the start of my fifth partial discharge per the instructions and it is working great. It appears to last longer with each partial discharge cycle so I appreciate the instructions provided with the battery. I think I am getting just over 4 hours or very close to it on each cycle which is what I was hoping would be the case. Very Happy!
