They had what I needed in stock and it came very promptly. Unfortunately my laptop lost everything while waiting and I can't get it working so many return battery but not their fault

I was glad to find a site that had customer reviews. So many have only basic information that I was left wondering about the validity of the product. Not only does this one have customer reviews but it also has so much more info and tips about the product. I was very hopeful that the battery I purchesed from here would be as great as the reviews showed. But when it came I found that the plastic 'lining' (I guess you'd call it) was wonky, and then found that it didn't fit in my computer. I ended up having to punsh pretty to get it to fit, and it finally did, but I was pretty bummed at the cheep quality that it appears to be. I don't know it this is how all the batteries are, but if they're not, I don't know why mine was.

I sent the battery back AFTER receiving a RMA, and delivery confirmation. USPS tracking shows you refused the delivery. Now you have to call the post office in Grafton and request they deliver it again or it will be returned to me. I want my checking? Card account credited for the full amount of the purchase IMMEDIATELY. Don't force me to get the State Attorney General's office involved.

Overall experience was good, no issues with website ordering, delivery.
I will be contacting customer support regarding a minor issue I am having with the battery and the dell laptop.

Got my battery quickly. No issues getting it up and running (about a week now). So far all is good, good price, good battery. Time will tell regarding the useful/productive life span.

Easy to find battery needed and price is better than Dell. Shipping and delivery time were Excellent. 3 days from California to Louisiana no additional cost.

I ordered a laptop battery online - had the order confirmed, shipped, was able to track it and received it well within the estimated time period. Recommended.

The shipment took about 3 weeks to arrive. You might consider issuing confirmations that include tracking numbers or other ways to monitor status of the orders.

Found cheaper batteries elsewhere. Hoping the additional dollars spent here are buying me a better quality battery. Not all batteries are created equally. Time will tell

For some reason I could not find and display the contents of the shopping cart otherwise I would have been done long ago. It must have been a glitch. All else was as expected or better.

So far so good. I am following guides after placement for charging. At this time it seems it has to be charged too often but will get it through a week for sure before judgement
