Ordering a new battery for my old computer was easy and it arrived quickly. So far the battery is working correctly (I've only been using it for four days).

Overall good experience. They did a nice job of explaining how to keep your battery maintained. I also like the fact that they check the battery before shipping it.

Call regarding tech question.
After installing the battery the computer does not see or recognize the battery is installed?
Any hints to what may be causing this issue?

Quick and easy. But had to send an email requesting my tracking number after 4 days of waiting for it. Was informed that my purchase was shipping that day.

When I started my battery research your website indicated you have free shipping. At the end of my check out I ended up paying $15 for regular ground shipping.

A little difficult to find my exact model. (VPCS111FM). Battery works as expected. Thought it might have a longer life with 3 additional cells. But overall, good battery

The description of the battery was very confusing. It is the right one for the ThinkPad T500. The warning that it is not for widescreen is apparently for another ThinkPad model.

It took a full week to arrive, not the expected 2-3 days, but that seems to be the Post Office's fault.

The battery fits fine in my computer, but after discharging it once to about 85%, it would only charge to 92%. After another cycle, it charged to 100%, but its reported capacity was 51Wh, instead of the design capacity of 56Wh. After a couple more cycles, it dropped quickly from about 40% to 0% and the computer lost power. Charging it from that state reset it to reporting 56Wh capacity and 100% charge, but I will have to cycle it a few more times to see if it really delivers that capacity.

I may be requesting a replacement for this battery soon.

The ordering process went well. Hopefully, the battery will be fine and it will come promptly. You don't state anything about returns.

Turns out my issue wasn't with the battery so I spent $100 on a new battery for nothing. :(

The USPS did not deliver the package as they advertised. I received the package about 1 week after the date originally provided by USPS. The USPS did not provide a revised delivery date until about 1 week after the originally scheduled delivery date.

I got a battery that wouldn't charge. I attempted to contact customer service several times with no success. Google had to get involved. Not satisfied at all.

Great delivery time, pretty good pricing but after charging overnight and dis charging and recharging 3x I'm only getting about 2 hours of runtime on the 9 cell battery the add said I should get 3-5 hours maybe next time I'd spend a few bucks less on the 6 cell

I have just installed the battery and given it time to receive a full charge. So far, everything looks good, but I haven't used the battery very much.

A lot of encouraging information! So far, so good! Only problem I've found is that it takes a little force/movement to get the battery to lock in place.

Easy procedure to buy laptop batteries. Battery replacement for HPG71 showed no problem after instalation, however battery replacement for Dell Inspiron 2525 is showing problem and we are testing machine and charger to detect problem.
