Easy so far. I will see how well the battery works when I get it. Update: My battery came in a timely manner with directions. It fit and works perfectly. I am very satisfied.

So far so good, it got here quick and ordering was easy. It came w/ instructions on how to care for the battery over the life of it and it's working well, thank you.

We purchased this battery as a replacement for the original Dell 9 cell battery. Build quality looks good - it fits into the battery slot perfectly, and so far, it seems to be working perfectly.

The package was delivered by USPS. Unlike UPS or FedEx, they don't come to the door. The package was too big for the mailbox, so it had to be picked up at the Post Office the next day. Maybe I did not pay attention to the delivery options, but if I would have known it was USPS, even for free delivery, I would have chose to pay and have it delivered by UPS or Fed Ex. Besides that, the battery is working well and the instructions to get the most out of the battery is most helpful.

The only question about battery Model: SQU-715 that I received is: Is this a 6 cell Li-ion Battery Pack or a 9 cell? I ordered the 9 cell, and according to the "description" that it "stuck out one inch beyond the laptop case." The Model: SQU-715 battery is exactly the same size as the "old" Model: SQU-720 which is a 6 cell battery. Did LaptopBatteryExpress send me the correct order? I have not used the SQU-715 battery nor has any power been applied to it. Please explain the conflict with your add "description" about the extended 9 cell use time (that I wanted) with the one inch size difference for the extended 9 cell over the "old" original six cell SQU-720.

I thought I might have a problem getting a new battery for my laptop, but your site made it easy to match the battery and get the correct one. My order was received in a timely manner.

I am 84 years old and no one ever talks to me about electronics, so I never "recommend" anything to anyone. I'm simply being honest that it is unlikely that I will recommend this site to anyone.

Website is very easy and simple to use. Everything is broke down by brand name which makes finding what you need easy. The battery was easy to install and was fully charged in 1 hour. Works Great.

They had what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Delivery time was 2 days and free...gotta love that. So far the battery works as expected. I like the fact that they include battery care tips.

Good strong batteries with a super 2year warranty service. I bought the extended ones for two separate laptops and they are as good as or exceed the factory originals which lasted a long time.

Since only recently receiving the battery less than a week ago, I have not completed the "break-in" usage. Wfat I can say is that so far, so good. It seems to be working just the way it should.

Quick, simple. It was easy to find the battery I needed and checkout was a breeze. The only complaint is I hate creating accounts in order to buy things online.

I am very pleased with battery express i received a dead battery and it was replaced right away and if need be i will order again when the time comes.

With regards to the battery itself, it only holds about 2-3 hours of charge. We were hoping for something similar to when the laptop originally arrived, closer to 6 hours.

Great battery - lasts longer than the original battery that came with my laptop. The battery was packed very securely in its package and arrived on time.

Good experience. I actually had a defective battery, they sent one straight away with a prepaid postal sticker for the defective. The call was professional and delivery was 2 day.
