This was a great site to find the replacement parts that I needed for my laptop. Glad to know there are sites out there that still supply parts for discontinued computers.

I felt comfortable ordering a battery from this company due to the 2 yr warranty and free return shipping. The battery works well and I was pleased with the great value.

I received a battery that does not fit my laptop, emailed them with the exact part number and they are sending me anther battery with a return label for the other one. So far so good.

No problems at all. Of course the fat lady hasn't sung yet.
I got the laptop battery in a week after it was supposed to be delivered, after 30hrs plugged it still hasn't taken a charge.

Tried to ship to my work, a PP approved address, I was not allowed to, hopefully you dont ship UPS to my POB. Requires USPS only.

Strangely I received a confirmed PP phishing scam, just after using the website.

I can't really tell how pleased I am with the product until I have it for a while. The last battery I purchased (another vendor) didn't last very long at all and I was very disappointed.

I really appreciated the recommendations for prolonging battery life: I didn't know that they needed "exercise" & I hope that this battery will last a lot longer.

Fast and not too expensive, not a OM battery, despite what the picture shows. It also won't charge, but I believe that's my motherboard not the battery.

Good and Clear Service. The only concern I currently have is that my PC is showing that the battery is degraded (Critical) and needs to be change.

Easy to find the battery I require. It is more expensive than those available at Amazon or EBay so I hope the quality justifies the additional expense.

I was worried about buying and expensive OEM battery from a company other than the manufacturer but ZDNET said the company was good. I received the first delivery within 4 days, but it was the wrong battery.
I had to get in touch with service by using the new purchase line, but was informed that employee absenteeism was hurting and they got the new right battery to me in 3 days with a RA and shipping label for the wrong battery sent the first time. Charged it up fully and used it today. I was suprised because the original batteries that came with the Lenovo lasted about 5 hours and this one was at 2 % in 3. I had not intended to drain it that low. I am recharging it and will work it this week to 30% and recharge on 5 occasions and then hope the training will get the battery to a better state.
I realize problems can occur and the support people were very friendly and had a good story - I know the winter in Ohio is tough right now. The remedy was very quick and little hassle. I am just worried about the quality of the battery and will let you know in a week.

Found my battery quickly at what was a much better price than from Dell. But later on I found I could have gotten the same strength battery at an even better price.

Delivery time was good and I have started using the battery cannot tell you how good right now.as after using I can give you a feedback for the effectiveness of the product.
