The battery came on Thursday morning. I installed it into my Dell Inspiron 15 3521 laptop and left it to charge overnight, then tried it the next day. It works well enough, but I think I have to replace my A/C adapter now.

Identical to the original which is eight years old. It fit perfectly if not better than the original. I took the time to break it in by discharging and recharging it three times. It should last another eight years. The old battery still worked but felt it was better not to risk it.

Very pleased with the battery and the way the order was delivered. However the follow-up is excessive. This is the fourth or fifth email requesting a rating and now your program won't let me just say I was pleased and leave me alone.

I have a Dell laptop that is approx 4 years old and the battery was too old to hold charge... Substandard service with marginal batteries. Purchase your laptop battery from somewhere else. I returned mine and it's been a month and I still don't have my money back yet! It's been very hard trying to get my RMA and my money back.

Payment process locked up several times attempting to pay with PayPal. Lockup happens upon clicking PayPal payment option which brings up a blank box. I was forced to use debit card which I try to avoid using when shopping online.

I waited almost 12 weeks for this 6-cell Samsung Series 9 battery which I was told would be manufactured for me (it is not available anywhere else - despite other vendors' claims, the 4 cell battery does not fit my specific 900X3B-A01 model!). Finally, when it was supposed to arrive I was told there was a mixup and the numbers did not match and they did not have this battery-- nor would they ever have it. What a disappointment! (and yes, they charged my card right away, which I think they should not do.)

I ordered a Lenovo battery, actually 2 of them, and did receive them in a reasonable, promised time. Online the product description said it was Lenovo. It didn't say it was another brand for Lenovo. When I received it the batteries did not have the Lenovo brand name on them. Therefore I suspect they are not Lenoovo OEM batteries. The product description should be 100% clear on whether a product is OEM or not.

I received the battery on Monday July 3rd. I am very pleased with the service. The battery arrived on the same day Laptop Battery Express estimated. I did not install the battery until Wednesday July 5th since Tuesday was the holiday. The battery came with easy to follow instructions. I installed the battery and it charged up as I used my computer. The battery indicator showed 100% charge at the end of the day. I am very satisfied with this purchase from Laptop Battery Express.
