This battery came exactly on time and fit perfectly. It replaced a 6 + year old battery with no issues. The first week went very well. We will see how it performs over time but I am very hopeful.

I got my new battery and followed some YouTube instructions on doing the swap in my Lenovo Y940 laptop. At first I was panicked because it just wouldn't power back on, but then I realized I just hadn't pushed the connector far enough to fully connect the new battery. Once fully charged, I was expecting betwen 2 and 4 hours of battery run time. I got more than FIVE full hours of run time. Of note, and not related to the battery itself, the charge state per Windows 11 went from 22% down to about 6% (where the warnings suddenly kicked in) in just a few seconds. I think it's just an artifact of having only one charge cycle completed. Overall I could NOT BE ANY HAPPIER with my new battery!

I called about getting the wrong screw heads, but got no response. I did get this survey.
I had to go buy a tool set and postpone installing the new battery.

I thought I was ordering a replacement battery for a roomba. It fits the roomba but after trying to charge it about 6 times, it wouldn't take a charge at all, just a red light and error. I took it apart and cleaned the connections, reinstalled and it seemed to take a charge?

They had exactly what I was looking for, clearly identified the part numbers. Price a little higher than other suppliers, but the certainty of getting the right battery was worth the difference. Only problem was it wouldn't accept my PO box as a shipping address, even though the battery was shipped by USPS. Luckily, the local PO knew both my street address and PO box number, so it was delivered OK to my PO box.

What I appreciate the most is the included instruction on maintaining the battery life. Super helpful for those of us who are not in the computer field but tech savvy.

The battery arrived when promised. I've only been using the new battery for a week and so far it's working as promised. It fits perfectly on my very old Dell Latitude D830.

The website was helpful in identifying the part I needed, linked to videos for the repair steps, and delivery of the battery was quick. So far it is functioning very well!

The battery arrived in great shape. Installation was a bit of a challenge - a Dell issue not LaptopBattery Express. I'm following the conditioning and hoping for a long battery life.

Frankly, Laptop Battery Express sells GARBAGE parts and RIPPED ME OFF. Plain & simple Laptop Battery Express ripped me off for about $100. In 2016, they sold me 2 high priced replacement batteries that never worked properly & again FORCED me to pay another shipping fee to replace one of the batteries that ALSO did not work. They made it clear they would not make this right. Customer service and policies are designed to TAKE YOUR money for GARBAGE parts
