Very confusing site. Would not accept credit card first couple tries---wrong format. After a start over, order finally went through (I hope). The 3 star "buy again" will depend on whether or not the battery works (and charges) in my laptop.

Update: Received the battery, and it works great. All's well with battery express.

I hope your batteries a better than the last two times I've ordered online, not with your company but other vendors.So far after cycling the battery as written in the instructions, it is working fine.

I got a bad (totally discharged) battery the first time. As soon as I wrote an email to complain about it, the next am there was a reply indicating another had been shipped. It arrived in a timely manner, worked (43% charge upon receipt) and now all is well

I received the package and when I opened it up I inspected the battery and found out that it was cracked I was not satisfied with this I will do a return our money back

Shopping here is much easier than going through the site recommended by the company who made my computer. One of the requirements for ordering from those sites is you have to be a business. An individual can't even check the site to see if the part needed is available. This site had what I needed and was very user friendly. Free shipping, while not a necessity, is also a plus in my book. So far I am very pleased.

Emailed specific questions on which battery was for my laptop. Received an immediate reply. I'm very confident the battery purchased will give me years of trouble free service.

I was happy reading other purchaser's reviews. But most of all, I really wanted clear information about the batteries before purchase. That information is what sold me on making my purchase with your company.

Battery was not shipped next day as advertised, but the following Monday. Will have to see how well it lasts to determine how satisfied - initial charge time is not very good - just holding charge for a couple of hours.

Purchased same battery from Amazon in July w/out checking manufacturer & that battery was dead by mid-November. Found the Samsung one here purchased immediately w/out looking any farther. Ordered on a Wednesday, it was here Friday evening, and installed on Sunday. Counting on Samsung's to last much longer than 3 months.

My shopping experience was fine. Unfortunately, my Dell laptop does not recognize your battery and won't charge it. Fred Dubois (?) has given me some suggestions to try to rectify this problem. But I have not had a chance to try them. I will, however, after my wife returns from the hospital.

I ended up having to return the battery as it would not charge after a couple of days. However, John in Tech Support was a great help and is sending me a new battery. Great service! I will definitely buy from them again.

Had issue checking out. Message said I was already registered and needed to log in but when I clicked on "Forgot Password" system could not find my email address! Otherwise no problems.

Received new battery but the "Extended Run" model was sent rather than the one that I ordered. This battery doesn't allow the laptop to be connected to a docking station, which is how the laptop is most often used. The correct battery is being sent to me.

All was more than acceptable to me and I am a pretty demanding customer. Items received in excellent condition, well packaged, etc. Professional web site, outstanding customer service, this is what I strive for in my own business which is landscaping. I also spent 20+ years in the retail ski business so I can appreciate what it takes to deliver such good service. They got the job done quickly and efficiently so what more could one ask for. Jim

The battery arrived quickly and was shiny and new with specific instructions about charging... which was all to the good. However, after several days I checked the battery and found that it has NO charge. No lights lit up on the battery. I have sent two inquiries to Laptop Batteries Express ( one by Email and one from the Website.) describing the situation and seeking advice. Sadly the company Laptop Batteries Express has declined to respond specifically, instead this survey arrived. The survey fails to address my current dilemma. I really would like a working battery--currently I have two dead ones which, I fear, are about as useful as filling out these surveys.

The battery arrived earlier than predicted, appears to be of good quality and works fine. Also enclosed were some helpful suggestions on charging and prolonging battery life. To date I am completely satisfied.

Delivery was promised in 5-7 days, but I received the product within 72 hours! Outstanding service!

Good explanation of products.The only problem I had was the new battery did not snap into place very good. Like the added height to computer that this battery brings for better ventilation. Good buying experience would highly recommend.
