I was expecting a Sony manufactured battery.
The replacement battery was a tight fit and had to be forced into the laptop compartment space.

The battery is working fine so far.
First use provide over 3 hours of usage which is what I was hoping for.
Re charged with no problem.

Had small difficulty locating 9 cell replacement for studio 1558 laptop by DELL however resolved that issue with a few clicks. Needless, to say I would order again from Laptobattery. Received battery in 3 days and so far it is working fine. Thanks again for a complete service well done. Will pass the word to my friends if they ever have a need.

Buying and delivery was fast and easy. Unfortunately, I received a 3 year old battery that charges to 91% of its rated new capacity ands doesn't substantially improve on the one it replaced. Not cool.

Website is ugly and honestly I wasn't sure if I could trust it...battery works great! Came quickly! Only thing was that the screw holes were a little smaller then the original, just had to make them bigger myself. Not necessarily your fault.

Your website is not friendly. When I want to check out I should not have t look for how. Bring it up for me! I almost quit three times. Also, I have to wait a moment for my words to appear on the screen, some are skipped and completely missed taking me twice the time required.

Very easy to locate the correct battery for my laptop. Extensive list of model/part numbers provide peace of mind that I am in fact ordering the right battery. Received the replacement battery within a few days and it works great with my Gateway laptop. Went from getting about an hour of use with my old battery, to 4+ hours with this extended battery!

Easy. I selected the laptop brands and keyed in the OEM battery part numbers. LaptopBatteryExpress gave me multiple battery options. After deciding which batteries best suited my needs I added them to the cart. Checkout was fast with no-hassle. The batteries arrived at my home quicker than I expected. LaptopBatteryExpress offered an additional $5 off per battery if I indicated that I would recycle my old batteries. I definitely plan to do so, but unfortunately I did not see the offer until after I had submitted my order. I'll be placing another order soon to replace the battery in my Macbook Pro. I can get just what I need from LaptopBatteryExpress plus save over $31 compared to buying from my local computer superstore.

Originally, I did a google search looking for a new battery and happened to find an article someone had written (I do not recall the source) mentioning your company. Thank goodness I found you as I did not feel comfortable with some of the sources coming from my google search.

The pages that the client enters sensitive information (addresses, phone numbers and of course credit/debit cards details) should be secured! It's unacceptable that they are not! There was no padlock on the URL area. Furthermore, I think the site should provide the ability of sending the order via post especially outside the US even if this takes longer. The reason is that FedEx charges too much (I paid nearly as much as the cost of the product) and the most important thing is that via courier European citizens have to pass through custom-import process which costs more than the product itself in some cases as mine.

Purchased, received and installed a new battery for my dell Vostro 13 laptop and a replacement AC / DC power pack. Received both several days after initial purchase. Arrival was quicker than expected. Battery is a direct replacement for the original. Mounting position and size of the battery are spot on with the original. Battery works well so far. Don't expect any issues. Appreciate information that came with the battery indicating the break-in procedure. Three cycles of 100% full charge to 20% charge. Replacement power pack is electrically equivalent to the original dell version. It's a bit larger physically, but appears to be more robust. I'm very satisfied with my order. I'll definitely shop the laptopbatteryexpress company again. Thanks for listening...

I could just wish your site was referenced at the laptop manufacturers' sites since they (or at least HP) do not carry older batteries as far as I could find. My problem may have been their labeling, but yours was fast an complete! Thank you very much.

Excelent site setup. Have batteries for just about everything and seem to know what your doing and therefore to be trustworthy. All over the web to find them from other places such as thier youtube channel which is how I found them.

You did good by me. I give you five stare on every thing except price...and we all know that every thing is far to expensive these days as compared to our eary years...and me being 75 puts me in 25 cents per gal of gas. No I was very happy with your site and service.

I am completely satisfied with my shopping experience. When I decide to replace the battery again, assuming I keep this notebook rather than buy a new one, I will probably go with the higher mh battery. The one I bought works fine, but it still only maintains the laptop for about two hours.

Seems to be much better quality than most aftermarket suppliers I have researched. I was very skeptical of their very low prices and the likely poor quality.
USPS dropped the ball in delivering my battery. They mis-boxed it and I received it a week later than expected. This was no fault of Laptop Battery Express.
The battery fit was good and it is being initially charged as I type.

Didn't check many other prices for matching item spec wise. Hope not to find that I overpaid.
Found that this statement that was placed as a comment on my order was actually read and replied to. I really find it amazing that companies of today would notice, much less respond, to mere comment notes placed onto an on-line order. I was impressed. My order was delivered quicker than I expected making much of this experience pleasurable.

I am only ordering 1 battery. Your website order entry did not provide a fill in box for our email address. After playing around with it, finally got the email box to show up, but by then it lost the Paypal payment selection and I had to go to paypal again to re-enter. If that causes 2 charges, delete one of them. Other than that, the ordering went fine, up to that point. LER

Update: The battery arrived in short order with no problem. Installed in laptop and so far all is good. The shipping paperwork included a welcome note that only one battery order was placed. Thank You. Lou

Product arrived well packaged, and in excellent condition. It fit the computer like the OEM unit. Appears to charge well and time will determine how well it holds the charge. Delivery time was longer than expected, but it shipped from Canada with a weekend involved, so it's understandable. Overall, very well pleased with this company and their products.

Shopping has been easy so far, which was made possible by well-organized Lenovo battery pages.

The real question will be how quickly the battery arrives (I ordered $40.00 FedEx Saturday delivery) and how well the battery works (the most important consideration).

I ordered a new battery for my Dell XPS L501X...so far so good :) I can get about 2 1/2 - 3 hours on a full charge which is far better than I used to get. My order came fast! It was here within just a few days. Will definitely purchase from again in the future!

The sales part went well but I wonder why you do this before the product is ever seen...

Part 2 now that I have seen it the battery works well but the size tolerances made it snap in without making all of the electrical connections. A couple times in and out made it connect fully. Other than that I'm happy so far. Now I have to see how long it lasts.

You were recommended by Best Buy. I had been searching for a battery with the wrong number. BB corrected me on this, and steered me to laptopbattery express. The ordering was straight-forward, and the pricing seemed about what I would have expected. The only glitch was that I paid for 2-day shipping with FedEx, but didn't receive the battery for 7 business days, and then it was delivered by UPS - a bit strange. In all fairness, though, the weather in the shipping route was deplorable, so waiting the extra time was not an issue. I will use them again when needed.

Easy to order the battery. Have been using the battery for about a week with no problem. Went through the charging-discharging process to prolong the life of the battery. It now says I should have just under 5 hours of battery life which is within the expected range. I am running an external keyboard and mouse plus I have an external SVGA monitor attached. The form factor for the battery causes it to protrude from the back; not a problem for me but if you have a case that just fits your laptop, could be an inconvenience.
