Surprised to learn my battery was nearing replacement but glad to learn of your pricing, below Fujitsu factory list. From my brief experience to date, this battery has a much longer life than the factory original--a most pleasant surprise indeed.

Your website structure smacks of an amateur attempt. Spent 30 minutes navigating errors and problems to place this order. Your website is an affront to e-commerce... When I gave a last attempt and called by phone, the call was mishandled.

Laptopbatteryexpress.com had the battery I needed for less than what it cost locally. It arrived in a timely manner, and a higher than 80% charge. I am very happy with my purchase, and would recommend this company to my friends.

Just a little confusing during the selection process. The battery type changed after I selected the correct battery for my computer. Had to double/triple check that that was the correct battery. Would be easier if there was a note referencing, same battery for more than one computer. Good price; varied options for delivery with detailed explanation. Appreciated the summary on battery care. Explains how I killed my current battery and how to avoid that in the future. I didn't give 5 stars because I have not yet received the product as ordered and used it. Hopefully, there will be a review option post delivery and everything will be positive.

I am a computer illiterate, but still found locating product and purchase easy. Since product has yet to arrive, final comment is to follow...
All is good. Arrived faster than I thought it would. I was afraid I would order the wrong battery, but everything worked out fine and computer is functioning again as it is intended to do. Happy camper.

This site in incredibly easy to use. The battery is the right one for the computer. Delivery time was a little slow probably due to holidays. You cannot beat the price, time will tell if it is a cheap generic battery like the kind that are so easy to come by with cell phones. I have hope that it is not.

I am want to return this item. It appears that it does not fix the problem I had. It won't charge all the way, even though I have tried changing all the settings. I believe I spoke with Fred, and he may be already working with that, but please tell me how to return it. I just don't think its working and we've realized replacing the power cord fixed our problem.

Battery arrived when promised and in good condition. Have had it installed for 3 days and so far it is working as expected.

The delivery surprised me! The battery came a day sooner than I had expected. The battery is a FACTORY ORIGINAL Lenovo 9 cell battery, completely NEW. I am getting excellent life out of it, and a couple of days last week, my laptop went a full day without having to connect to charge. On average, I am getting about 6 hours out of a charge...

After waiting 18 days for delivery of a new laptop battery from Sears, they informed me that they could not fulfill my order. I placed an order with Laptop Express and had my new battery in two days! Why didn't I know about them 20 days ago. The headaches I could have been spared!

Reasonable price and received in 2 days. Charged and tested and works great. Original lasted almost 4 years under very heavy use. 24 hours a day as a TV tuner recorder for over a year. Hope this lasts as long as the original.

It took 5 seconds to find the replacement battery for my computer. I tried to get one from Hp and had to return it two times due to errors on their part not to mention the 30 - 45 minute phone call wait times.

Good experience except that the checkout is a little different than I usually experience. I set up the payment page but got caught in circle until I figured out that I needed to complete everything on the page and be sure all fields are complete before clicking submit order button. Clicking paypal or submit order resets some items on the page and then things must be redone.

Excellent service and delivery. However, my laptop still doesn't work with the new battery. Not sure if the battery was dead on arrival or the laptop has another problem. I intend to have the battery tested at Batteries Plus, then return it if it is defective.

The battery is correct and is working quite well, thank you! I do wish, however, that I had known that this particular model has "feet" that stick out the bottom. The original HP battery did *not* have them and so the laptop used to lie flat and now it no longer does, but the battery is otherwise correct and we are happy to have a working portable PC again.

Thank you for following up. I was away when the battery arrived. We just got back from vacation. I haven't installed it into my laptop yet. I suppose I should do that this weekend to be sure it's working properly. I have ordered batteries from you before and the product was always problem free.

Delivery was very slow. It sat in a post office for over a week.
I haven't tried the battery yet but will in a few days or so.

Their website was very informative and the shopping experience was straight forward for a first time user of the site. Prices are a bit high but justifiable for a good quality battery. I am generally satisfied with the battery but slightly disappointed that a full charge sometimes lasts less than 2 hours. When it was brand new, the original battery in my laptop would operate 3 - 4 hours on a full charge so this isn't an exact replacement. The cost of the battery I purchased from Laptop Battery Express, however, is about half the cost of buying an exact replacement from the laptop manufacturer, so I feel I got good value for what I spent.

Sent battery to wrong address. Had to file a complaint with PayPal to get a refund. The customer service manager is an arrogant prick.
