I called to make sure I was getting the correct battery and it was good that I did because the nice man helped me order the correct one.He also gave me a coupon code.
I received my battery in a couple of days and it works great.

Great. I ordered the wrong battery. When I called they went out of their way to make sure I would be getting the correct one and they provided a label to return the wrong one. Excellent, quick, and accurate customer service. Wouldn't think about going any where else for a future battery purchase!

The main problem I had was I could not find the part # that I got from the bottom of the computer so I had to open and remove the battery which had a different part # listed on the battery itself. And the battery doesn't seem to hold a charge as long as I want but neither did the last one I bought from you,, maybe it is normal, time just goes by so fast when you are on the computer,,. And my computer gets very,very hot. It is old tho,

The battery is working well! I had bought a "discount" battery a few months ago which only lasted until the warrantee was up. The life of the charge on this battery from you seems superior in all respects. Thanks!

They were exceptional with the battery exchange process. I received my battery asap but it was damaged. They sent me a new one along with a return label for the damaged battery immediately.

Received an email from the Customer Rep by the name of Fred. He clarified some issues as to warranty and if product defective, etc. He was very courteous and professional throughout the telephonic conversation!

I received the product in a timely manner. After opening the product, I noticed it was NOT a Sony rechargeable battery and it did NOT work; therefore, I need to return the product and received a full refund. Please provide a return address so that I may return the item to you.

The battery did not charge when I put in my laptop computer. I contacted the customer service and they did some troubleshooting over the phone and determined that I had a defective battery. They are going to send me another battery and I will return the battery that I received.

This was purchased as a gift and I have not yet received confirmation from them as to whether it is the proper battery for his laptop. I am hopeful that if an exchange is necessary, that Laptop Battery Express will take the steps necessary to ensure the proper exchange, if needed.

It was easy to find what I was looking for. I also appreciate and find it reassuring that you state in the information who is the manufacturer of the battery cells. It's nice to know (in my case) that it is Samsung, and not some "off-brand".

I think it's my computer giving me problems, but I've had to reload the page a few times. The reason I left the "1" star is because I ordered a battery over 3 years ago and I'm supposed to "log in". I hate that, and wasn't willing to "go back" to log in and basically start over again, not know my password, go check my e-mail, remember it's probably in my spam folder which I can only check on another site, go find the e-mail to reset my password, be directed back to your page, have to do whatever it takes to get my computer to work again. Blah, blah, blah. Love your company, love the last battery I got, hate that I was forced to use another e-mail to avoid more work.

I received the correct battery for my laptop. It was described correctly and works as promised. Instructions included with the battery were clear and concise. I greatly appreciate the follow-up email as to whether I received the battery or not. Five Stars to you!

The only thing that would have been better is to be able to search by the manufacturer's number on the battery as it took several minutes to find my exact model number and that would have been impossible if the battery had failed entirely.

Received battery; however, have not had a chance to test it. I will attempt to test it with the next week or so.
