Could not find out how to complete my purchase. It sure wasn't under number 4. It was very hard to find the final step to complete the order. I had to type in my information twice before number 5 came up.

The website was efficient and the battery was received in less than a week. Unfortunately one of the tabs on the internal battery was broken which does not effect the performance. When I installed the battery it is not recognized by the Dell computer. I thought the problem may be the ribbon so I reinstalled the old battery. I know the old battery was dead but it was still recognized by the computer proving that the ribbon is still functioning. I am not sure if the problem lies with my computer or with the new battery. Not sure what to do now.

Great site. I especially like the detailed description of the products, all the useful information, and in my case, the detailed break down of devices the battery is intended for. In my case you let me know that this battery would work with the Dell XPS 15 L501x and L502X. I have the latter. It is greatly appreciated not to have to guess and hope it's right. And the extra info shows you care about the product and sets you apart from other sites, which is why I chose to purchase here.

I received the battery and right away noticed the high quality of the product. It is very difficult to tell the difference between the new battery and the oem battery right down to the color of the cell check lights. Installed it, discharged and recharged a few times, and all is well. No compatibility issues and run times are what I expect being as I have the computer power plan set to High Performance even while on battery.

I will purchase from these guys again when the need arises.

I have got an over sized battery which protrudes from the back of my laptop. Totally disappointed. I thought I will get the exact same model battery (Dell Inspiron N7110) that I ordered, but this is a generic battery.

Original battery wouldn't charge past 75%, spent a couple days trying to get ahold of customer service and once I was able to, everything went smoothly, replacement battery worked just fine. But it took 4 days, 3 emails and a phone call to get their attention *eek*

I received my replacement battery and have installed it. It seems to be working great. The only issue I have is, my sound on my computer is not working. It only works if I plug in an external speaker. My sound was working before I installed my new battery. Not sure what to do?

Net was a little slow, but could be my server. I didn't see the secure web lock until AFTER I sent my order. It almost made me not order, but I read at the bottom that it was secure, so I took the chance and placed the order.

Thanks for explaining the differrence between cheaper batteries and the stronger ones. The explanation was the deciding factor in choosing the stronger one even though I paid 3 times more than the cheaper ones on the market.

The battery didn't quite fit the computer, it required some delicate work with a scapel to shave off extra plastic on some alingment tabs before it would fit in. The battery itself worked as well -- better -- than expected.

Battery is half the price from Dell. Dell did not have battery in their inventory. I am very happy that they didn't have battery, because I found your website. Very pleased with my new batery.I am in need of a connecting cord for my laptop dell insprion 1011 3 prong. I searched your website but didn't see it.

Everything was great. The one little thing that wasn't up to expectations is that the rubber pads that where affixed to the replacement battery immediately fell off. One fell of when I took the battery out of the package and the other fell off within a couple of hours after installing the battery in my laptop. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The website indicated that the products would be Asus. They were not. Also, the a/c adapter that was sent did not match the specifications that were on the order and packing slip. I ordered a 3.42A adapter and received one that is 3.92. The adapter provides power to the laptop, but it does not charge the current battery I had, nor the replacement battery I ordered.

Fast and easy checkout process. I like that I was not forced to use Paypal. I didn't realize that the extended life battery had a different shape than the standard life and would not fit my docking station. I've gotten around that by plugging in my laptop and removing the battery prior to docking and then undocking and putting the battery back in prior to unplugging. This is a minor inconvenience in order to get the 6+ hours of battery life I now have. I just flew a two leg flight to the west coast and used my laptop the whole time without worrying about the charge. That was great!

When I ordered the battery, I was under impression that it would be an ASUS original battery as was advertised on the website, but an off-brand was mailed to me instead. So far, I have had no problem with it and hopefully none in future either.
