Tried to order this morning (2/22/14 ~9 am) but wouldn't accept my cc info?!? It did work when I tried@ 5:45 pm, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, since I do like the good battery info section on your site.

Based on my experience, LBE should be the first place to go for any laptop battery. The computer manufacturer could supply only a reconditioned battery, at almost three times the price of the one I bought from LBE. Another company billing itself as a battery specialist had laptop batteries, but did not have mine, nor could they order it. A big box electronics store did not even have batteries, but claimed that they could order them. I didn't bother.

LBE's ordering process is simple and efficient, delivery was precisely as promised, and the battery life is longer than that of the original. LBE is how business ought to be done.

This is my first order. 3 choices were presented and it's not clear what the difference was between 2 of them. I'll have to wait to check the timeliness of delivery, quality of the product, and how customer service performs if I need them.

I am very pleased with the service and the total shopping experience with this company. They do track orders internally and notified me of a glitch wth my order and that it would be shipped late and when to expect delivery. I call that good customer service.

Made an order sept 25 of a adapter and battery received adapter on oct 3 with note saying battery to be shipped next week? It's now been 2 weeks. I also have left 2 messages on voicemail for customer support with no call back

Unbelievable ease of ordering and time to get here! The battery was an original Samsung battery and it holds just as much charge as when I got my laptop new. Really Samsung's fault for quality...it beats buying a new laptop and it still runs great! Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely be back!

No issues. Just finished five days of conditioning the battery. So far everything is fine with the quality. I could have bought a cheaper battery, but prior experience with another supplier ended up with quick battery failure.

I just got the battery so it's too early to tell if it is a quality product and will last longer than the cheap replacement battery I last bought. The website was easy to navigate and provided good information and clear battery management instructions. There were many cheaper battery alternatives but I'm hoping this is a better quality. However, as I said only time will tell.

Website was fantastic for finding the battery I need -- will be able to judge the utility of this site once I receive my order. Although at the moment I have only completed 3 of the 5 required battery discharge procedures for the first week, early results of the improvement already observed in battery strength are very, very encouraging that this battery will last a long time.

The online ordering process could be more intuitive. For instance, how to actually get to the "cart" was a bit clunky and not as obvious as it could be.

I was extremely pleased to find the additional information on your website which was specific to the particular battery I needed. My wife (battery was for her laptop) was ecstatic over the fact this oversize battery conveniently propped her laptop into a very useful and desirable position.

Was annoying that your website kept telling me of offers (e.g., add an adapter and get $10 off, spend $100 and get $5 off) that I supposedly qualified for but then when went to apply them I was told it didn't work with no explanation as to why. Seemed like a "bait-and-switch" tactic. Had to go to a 3rd party website to get a working coupon code. Would have expected those from your own site to work better...

But, products shipped fast and seem to work very well.

I learned from their website that other sites would have sent me a replacement battery which required installing a Disk to make changes to my system, which could have caused problems with my computer. The battery sold by laptopbatteryexpress.com does not require the installation of such a disk. Their battery was ready to install with no changes to my computer. Their battery worked well (slight difference in the "fit") and unlike other websites they provide a 2 year warranty; others only provide 6 months to 1 year.

The battery only lasts about 2 hours even with no programs open and running a screensaver. The product information said I would get 3-4 hours of use.

My replacement battery was received exactly as expected and was installed without any problems. Instructions were provided on how to initialize the battery and manage it for optimum life and efficiency. Thus far I am a satisfied customer.

The new battery for my Alienware M15X came quickly and worked just fine! (My old one was ~6 years old and was not holding a charge anymore.)

My only complaint is that it does not lock in place very well. I would not even notice this issue if I did not carry my laptop to LAN parties so often. If I don't remove the battery before traveling, it will fall out. I have to snap it back on before I can play. Despite the new minor annoyance, my laptop is reliable once again.
