Switching into bag and then into checkout did not work well and I had to start over. Would not accept order because you said that net address already had an account. I cannot recall anything about it, so I had to substitute my wife's account, a needless complication.

My order arrived on time and was the correct parts for my laptop. The battery fit correctly and is working well after installation. The only problem was that Apple uses 3 special security screws to mount the battery in this model laptop and the correct 5 point star screwdriver tool didn't come packaged with the battery. The tool was not available to buy at any local stores, so I had to be creative with some other tools to remove and reinstall the mount screws. The correct tool can be ordered online elsewhere, but it would have delayed the battery replacement too long for my timeframe. This problem was created by Apple and not laptopbatteryexpress.com, so I am still very happy with my overall experience and purchase.

I paid about $75 for an Extended life battery for my Gateway, and am only getting about 3 hours when it is fully charged. Is this what I should expect? I put a SSD in the laptop replacing the internal hard drive so I expected it to last a little longer.

I need to wait on a complete recommendation until the order is complete and battery is used.
After 3 or so recharges, the battery life is far less than 5 hrs. If this does not change within the next few charges I will be returning it.
The ordering process and delivery time was very good. But to date the product is far from meeting specs.

I received my battery more quickly than expected, which was great. The price seemed reasonable. It was easy to install and is working well so far but I've had it less than a week so it seems a little early to give a full review.

Extra weight and extending protrusion makes the battery prone to falling out of the battery well, causing the system to shutdown improperly. So far, I haven't found any file corruption due to this, but I will be seeking a solution to keep this from happening.

Since I have not used my battery yet (it is a gift for a birthday next month.) This is a preliminary rating regarding the product, however the service was excellent and the merchandise arrived quickly and in good shape.

Very easy website to use and provided all the information needed to make a decision on the battery I selected. I received the battery, actually quicker than I was told, installed it and after one week all seems to be working fine. Old computers can be a challenge to find parts for and I needed to keep my old computer going, this was a site I will use again if needed.

At first, it is a little confusing. You must carefully research your purchase "before" you do your order. Have to set up an account. Remember to look to Northeast corner of website page to find out about the account and order status.l

It was easy because all I had to do was type in the replacement spare number, and I was able to find the right battery. It even told me which batteries could be replaced with this new one that I just ordered.

It's kinda hard for me to say. A local computer store provided me with a link directly to the product I needed. So I don't really know how easy it would be to find the product on your site under other circumstances.

Best suggestion would be to change delivery services...purchase showed up 6 days after FedEx claimed dilivery was made...maybe REQUIRE signature instead of leaving at the door, or maybe delivering to building offices.

Searching for the correct battery for my laptop was not difficult. Ordering was easy and delivery was much faster than expected. Battery was securely packaged and came with easy-to-follow directions and suggestions for extending battery life. The battery seems to be functioning well and I have no doubt that performance will continue. I'm grateful for this company that made the process of obtaining the right laptop battery a positive and satisfying experience. I will most definitely use them again in the future!

The picture looks like the one I need to replace so hopefully I won't have to send it back.

I received this item in three days and was very relieved that I would have a working laptop again! Appreciate the service and quick response.

I am planning to get to the post office tomorrow and return the old battery to Laptop Battery Express as soon as possible.

Resetting an unknown password from a previous order- two years ago was a hassle, my email would not allow me to use the link(or copy it) in your email so I had to type the whole (huge) address, then retype some of the order info, overall - too much time. Many websites allow you to order without a returning password.

I had difficulty finding the ac adapter for my laptop. I emailed customer service and they sent me a link within a day to the correct adapter and gave me a code for a discount. Placing the order was easy and I received the product in less than a week and it worked perfectly. It's somewhat bulkier than my original but otherwise it's fine. I've only had it for a short time so I can't comment on how long it'll work.

Was able to find what i needed readily. The products arrive and seem to be working well. The battery was fine. I appreciated the extra information provided.
The Powerbank appears to have been a return as the packaging was opened previously and parts were loose. There was no list of what was all included, so I am just left hoping that nothing was left out. The instructions are pretty rudimentary though. The laptop replacement battery actually had more( and more clear to understand) instructions for use than the Powerbank.

The battery arrived super fast with just standard delivery. I received emails letting me know that the order was received and another one when it was shipped. I would definitely shop with them again.

The site was extremely easy to navigate and it reached out to provide discounts and easy shipping. There was plentiful information that helped me target exactly what I need. The prices were high (understandably), but the battery has proven to be worth its money. The delivery was on time and it was well-packaged. The accompanying letter and booklet was extremely helpful as well.

First time shopping and found what I needed. Bought the Gateway laptop at Best Buy a few years ago and they don't sell the same battery brand for my laptop. Very disappointed with Best Buy. Hope that what I order Laptop Battery is accurate and promising at it sounds. Will wait until I receive the lithium battery for more comments about the service.

I needed a new laptop battery and found this site in a google search, and I have to say that this site has very easy to use navigation and a painless checkout processes. After ordering, the battery arrived quickly and so far it has been working great! It also came with a care sheet with some great tips for maintaining good battery life.

Shipping was very fast...other than that, I was not satisfied. I typed in the brand and model number of my laptop and was matched up with a battery and charger. It looked, from the picture, that I would receive and actual Asus battery, but I did not. I received a no-name battery. After "conditioning" it according to directions, I get about one hour use from a full charge. The power cord on the charger is very short, and the connection into the laptop is not secure. These items are no different than the cheaper ones I have previously purchased from Amazon. I would not pay the high price for these items from this company again.

Screens were slow, not sure if it's at my end or your end.

First battery shipped failed out of the box. Second battery was shipped free of charge and seems to be okay.

Overall experience was good but I have two comments:

1. Second battery shipped more slowly than first. I was okay using my old battery but someone else might have been down for 3-4 days until new battery showed up.

2. Customer support was prompt and worked fine, but I don't the the support person had a lot of experience fielding 'bad battery' calls. Maybe she was learning, I give her the benefit of the doubt and on a positive note, she was a very good listener and she spoke very clearly.
