I actually think I have purchased from you previously. I was hoping to get the larger battery that has a longer use life. This size is only good for like 2 hours and then you have to charge again. Any chance of the larger size availability again?

Had to re-enter my state info twice when moving through the steps to place the order. I failed to notice the check box regarding e-mail option had reverted to the default "yes". That is not acceptable and I request my name be removed from all mailing lists!

Had checked a number of other replacement battery sites with little satisfaction in locating replacement item. This site was clear and easy to navigate. Appreciated the one-click access to additional information about the product. Was just the right site to alleviate an increasing level of frustration with finding this product online. Thanks.

The battery I received did not slide onto my computer as smoothly as the original and I was afraid that I would break something trying to get it in place. However I got it in and so far it is working properly. Following the instructions included has definitely increased the battery's duration.

I have ordered product twice from Laptop Battery Express and I was satisfied with speed of delivery, accuracy of order, and quality of product. Product arrived in good time considering the holidays. Only used it 3 days so far, won't know quality for a year perhaps.

Received the first battery ordered and it did not work. Called and they sent a different battery and return label. Second battery has worked just fine. Service was prompt and courteous. Very satisfied so far.

Good so far. This is my second battery purchase from here. That battery is working great. The other three batteries I ordered got here quick. The third one later but ok. All three batteries are working great. A bit pricier than others but their capacity wasn't the same. Plus they could have been used. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

Service was quick. The laptop battery I ordered did not slide into my computer properly. I called Customer Service to understand if I was doing something wrong. The Agent at Customer Service was polite but impatient. He did however send me a new battery which I received within two days and it fit properly.

Hard for me as I'm not computer savvy. Hope I filled in the order form correctly.

First battery received was faulty. I called, talked with Rick, and whammo, tried a couple of things while on line, and after they did not work, a replacement battery was sent out that day. When it arrived, it worked perfectly. All was good.

Ordered this battery after an unpleasant experience with another website--the product was way inferior. Supposed the same battery as this but with only one half the available charge. Quite satisfied with this battery even though it was more expensive. Pay for what you get.

I very seldom recommend web sites to others, so rated the associated item as not likely. I received the battery in good order in a timely fashion. The battery works fine and has restored my laptop run-time on battery to its original condition. Laptopbatteryexpress was one of the few suppliers I found that offered a 2-year warranty and specified the origin of the battery cells. I found cheaper batteries on the web, but was dubious as to their quality. I worked under the assumption that I would likely get what I paid for, so chose to buy from laptopbatteryexpress due to the perceived quality and longer warranty period.

Easy to find. Very useful information about batteries and easy to understand. I ordered using the information from the website on the name and number of my computer. I received the battery within days but it did not fit because the "prongs" were on the wrong side even though it was the right size. I contacted the co. By phone and email and got fast replies by email. I then gave the numbers that were on the old battery and once again within days received the new battery with a return, postage paid. I appreciate their service even though I would next time get the exact battery numbers instead of just the computer info.

So far, its been clear and easy. Now its a matter of how long it takes to be delivered and that the battery works when it arrives.

Product received on time and in good condition. The fit is a bit more snug than was the original battery. After a week, it seems to work fine. However, there needs to be more time to evaluate it fairly. I did appreciate the info' sheet that came with the battery. All in all, everything is good so far.

I called Customer Service to help me track my purchase. The gentleman on the phone was quite helpful and helped me to realize that my power cord needed to be replaced. I received that order quickly and found out that he was exactly right.

Site is not confusing if you have your model numbe--the battery model number, that is. I was unable to find my 3-1/2-year-old laptop on the site's list, so I searched for the battery instead and found it very quickly.

I bought a laptop battery, saved $40 and shipping was free! My order arrived in California in two days from Ohio. I was emailed notification that the order was received & shipped priority mail with a tracking number that even showed what time my package arrived at my mailbox!

I'm not always the best at keeping up with my mail. I appreciate everything you did for me but I do see I have yet to receive the refund for the 2nd returned battery. Please let me know if there are any problems.

Very easy website. Well Done!

I have now received my laptop battery and conditioned it according to the instructions. My first use of it was while flying to Florida on a 4 hour flight. I was able to use my computer the entire flight due to my new extended life battery. I love it and your company got it to me in time for me to condition it before I traveled. Received battery quicker than expected, the problem is the product description said it included two different screws drivers as tools needed to remove the battery. I received two 00 screws driver and needed the other screw driver to remove the battery. Also, the instruction paper that included had some written notes from the previous purchaser asking for a refund on the products they returned. Anyway, I'm satisfied with this order.
