I am a bit concerned about how quickly it drains, but I have not adjusted the power settings since I opened all the power settings some time ago. I am conditioning the battery to partial discharges and recharging. Everything seems perfectly fine, even the temperature.;-)

I'd like to know the final cost, i am unsure as to how much this will be. Tax amount said $0, and I'd like to know what to expect for customs/duties cost

I'm very happy with the delivery time, it was so quick i was worried it would sit in customs for awhile.
It was shipped to the door and i didnt not have to pay any extra duty or fees on it

Very easy to find my model # for exact laptop battery I needed. I bought a battery from a local Batters Plus and wasn't impressed, so I returned it. I immediately bought off this site, which I had been looking at for a month. I ordered right after I returned other one, for $20 cheaper, and got it in 3 days and it's far superior to the other one. USPS screwed up and didn't leave a notice of attempted delivery in my mailbox and after 4 days I finally went to the post office and they found it sitting on a shelf of undeliverable mail. They blamed it on a part-time relief worker not properly doing their job.

I want to support an American company - great web pages and information and I got the right part the first time. After buying a battery from a "cheaper" company my IT shop installed it - it didn't fix the problem and they were convinced it was a motherboard issue.
I said no way - so I decided to use laptop battery express. After reading that they have the IC chip in it to control the circuitry this was the one for me - guess what? It WAS a battery issue and not a motherboard. As a last ditch effort if this didn't work, HP wanted me to ship it to them and they were going to replace the battery for $249 + shipping - NOT! Saved over $150 - worth the few days wait to get the battery. So impressed, I called to thank them.

Ok except whenever I wanted to look at my cart the number of items ordered increased. Only wanted to order one. Cancelled and began again. Now that I have the new battery and installed it, I still receive messages from Samsung as follows. Easy Display Manager Battery Warning. Battery life time in current state is not longer. Because you may lose your data during using. Please replace to new battery. (honest goods). Tip: Battery pack is consumerable device. This pack is not working correctly or life time is not longer. Please use to replace to new battery (honest goods). I have tried to remove this message without success. Is it a real warning? Perhaps I didn't even need to purchase a new battery. Anyone know more about this message?

The Sale and handling were fine. However let's face it you can only do so much to sell a product over the internet. A battery is a battery not something that is exciting like a puppy. I found your price to be a little high but went ahead and bought your battery because I wanted a reliable product. Very easy shopping! I am somewhat disappointed with the Toshiba battery received since it never builds up to 5 to 6 hours left as did the original Toshiba battery! It only lasts about 3 hours before warning the battery is low with about 6 to 7 minutes left! This is the first time I have had this problem in ordering a new battery from Toshiba!

Had to call customer support to verify if my selection for a laptop battery was correct. Came on the line very quick and explained the differences from my OEM Toshiba battery and what they are selling now as a replacement. Was very happy.

Received the battery. I was expecting to get more battery life but it barely gets 3 1/2 hrs after a full charge. I have been following the charging/exercise instructions hoping that it will improve.

The original battery was defective. When I contacted your customer service, the person I spoke with was courteous and rapidly deduced that the battery needed to be replaced. He sent me a new battery and return label which arrived promptly.

So far so good, now let's see if I get my product. It took two weeks to receive my battery. The web site did not indicate that the battery was back ordered, and there were no communications from the company that the battery was back ordered. When I called they informed me of the situation, but I would have been happier if I was told up front of the situation. When the battery arrived I inserted into the laptop and it worked right away.

The battery I received did not work in my laptop. I contacted support and they acknowledged that there were two batteries available. One of them works with my computer but the other one does not. Unfortunately they sent me the one that doesn't. After a few reminders I have been sent a battery that supposedly will work. I have not received that delivery yet.

Who wants to spend lots of time on a battery? I found this website, found the battery I needed at a reasonable cost, delivered free. It arrived quickly and has performed as it should. I will recommend laptopbatteryexpress.com to others.

Shopping was good. Due to personal reasons I preferred not giving out my email. I wish a person can opt out of this as a family member has hcked into my account several times and constantly having to change everything and they make it so I can't get back into it.

My one comment is the conflicting information regarding length of warranty. For the Dell D620 Laptop I purchased under its Description it states 2 year. Under, its Technical Specs it says 1 year. Even on your about About page you state: "Each battery carries a 12-month warranty and a money-back satisfaction guarantee. We never deal in used or refurbished batteries and we will only represent batteries that carry a full 2 year warranty with grade A, li-ion cells." Again, confusing. Is the warranty 12 months or 2 years? Before ordering, I called and asked and was told the Warranty was a full 2 years. But based on the conflicting information on the site, I can only give you 4 stars for the shopping experience.

Finally a battery that works! I received the package quickly and installed it; battery displayed at full with over 3hr of battery life which is great! I have tried buying 2 other batteries and this is the only one that has worked so thank you.

The battery was a tiny bit too large so it does not fit exactly right in my laptop computer. For $80, I expected a perfect fit. It works so I don't want to hassle with trying to get a battery that fits like it should.
