Universal power supply was supposed to come with 10 different tips for most brands of laptops. Only 8 were in the package and the missing tips included the one for my Dell laptop.
I emailed the company and they very promptly mailed the missing tips for the Dell. I don't know what the other missing tip is for.

Shopping and checkout streamlined and simple. Being a Google Trusted Store was crucial to the purchase decision. The the battery is correct and fully functional, I would definitely return to this site for future battery needs.

So far so good! Bought a new battery and power cord for my daughters computer. She is very excited to have her computer working again. This is the second time I have replaced both battery and cord but opted for the cheaper version last time sold by someone else. The cord didn't have a good connection from the start and battery would only fully charge to 70% so you get what you pay for. This new cord fit perfectly the first time so I know it is better quality and I feel the battery will be of the same quality. Only regret I didn't buy here the first time.

Easy site to navigate and find correct replacement batteries for our 2 Dell laptops - I got excellent tech customer service 2 separate times when I called to inquire about an issue I was having (both laptops weren't recognizing or charging the replacement batteries) Issue resolved immediately after troubleshooting - tech said he was shipping out 2 new batteries with priority shipment! Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful folks; much appreciated.

Specs on the battery look good and the price seems more reasonable than OEM and not as low as the after market batteries elsewhere. The real proof will be how the battery performs/lasts. Have had the battery a little more than a week. It arrived fully charged and resolved the issue Win7 had with my 8 year old OEM battery. It has only been actively used to support the computer once so far but seemed to do fine on that one trial.

I recently purchased replacement batteries for each of my HP dv7 laptops. Received both orders very quickly in only a few days after placing my order(didn't realize that I needed a battery for my second laptop which is why I had needed to place a second order). Received confirmation emails upon receipt of both my orders as well as confirmation emails when they were shipped. Received both products sealed in original packaging with instructions on how to correctly install the replacement as well as how get the best performance and life from the battery.

Very good efficient website that provides a valuable service. Happy to pay a little more and feel comfortable that I am getting what I want and a quality product. Other websites I looked at were much cheaper, but I don't trust the quality of the product.

I'm very pleased at the ease of finding the battery that I need, along with your quick and easy ordering process. Of course, once I have the battery, my experience with that will color my opinion of your company, but, so far, it is quite positive.

I placed order a week ago. I had to search to find pay button. Battery arrived early. Price a bit high. I appreciated the charging/care info included with battery. Battery preforming flawlessly through 5 charges. I only do documents so 87 WH battery lasts up to 5+ hours on 17" Dell laptop. So, for now, a solid 4 star rating. Come back in a year and see about 5. In a rush to solve the problem, I failed to see the symptoms. Connect the new battery, charger and then turn on the computer switch will start a 7 second POR sequence and the computer system will turn itself off, just like the older battery. The female side of the charging socket was found to be broken/intermittent.

I had to submit my order 3 times so I hope I won't be charged 3 times!
The battery lasts about 2.5 hr. Before it reaches 20%, which seems short. I did charge/discharge it 5+ times the first week as recommended.

It was easy to find the battery I was looking for. Customer service on the phone was very friendly and informative. I am still testing the batteries to see how they perform, but so far, the performance has been very good.

Battery was as advertised and shipped out as promised the same evening. A problem with delivery by Fed EX delayed the shipment but Laptop Express customer service was very helpful in following up with Fed Ex. I would certainly use this service in the future if needed.

On my first order I was shipped the wrong battery; however, Customer Service was very professional and courteous and resolved the issue. They made my return relatively hassle-free with easy instructions regarding how to return the wrong battery once I received the correct one. I am pleased with my order and most likely will be a return customer.

I had added, the extra two day shipping cost of $15.00 to my order, FedEx failed to deliver in to days. I
Contacted Laptop Battery Express, sending them a copy of the shipping facts from FedEx asking for a refund for the shipping fee, they agreed and sent me a refund check with in a few days. The next time I
Need a new battery I will be buying it from these guys. The battery is working great, I am on the 5th full recharge as they recommend in the first week of use.

I received the battery one week ago. I am still going thru the conditioning steps. So far it is working fine. The delivery time was very quick considering that shipping was free. Every thing is good so far.

Easy and fast! I hope the product will live up to your write up about the battery! Several years ago, I purchased a battery for my IBM laptop from laptopbatteryexpress and it is still working as expected! After I installed the new battery, at first it showed 74% charge. The next day, the computer says there is not a battery installed. When I did diagnosis, it reports the battery in GOOD condition, but the icon in the bottom menu bar, it shows connected to electricity, but still no battery installed. When I disconnect from the charger, it still runs so I know the battery is installed.

Ordering the battery for my computer was quick and easy. The only problem I had was not laptop battery express' fault, it was the delivery. I received it Sat after being shipped Monday, and the package was a torn up mess, from the USPS. When I called to inform of the condition of the package, the return response was quick and clear. So thank you very much, looking forward to using the new battery and not being "plugged in".
