I hope I bought the right battery. My computer# fit a few batteries and the number on my old battery, (in very SMALL print) didn't match any batteries listed.

I received my battery, and it was the right one! I put it right on my computer and have been following the instructions for charging it, and am really happy with the results. I have told all my friends about your company and how happy I am with it.

The instructions on the web site for identifying the appropriate battery were easy to follow, and the new battery was an exact replacement. The two special screwdrivers that shipped with the battery were very helpful in opening the case and replacing the battery.

The USPS was very slow in delivering this item. The initial email stated I was to receive this item last Thursday. I got it yesterday.

Website was a bit hard to follow. After adding item to cart, I had to phone business to learn how to submit the order. It was not intuitively obvious; I had to look at the very top, instead of the bottom of the page.

Was looking for a battery for my Inspiron as my last replacement battery lasted only about a year. Found this site read the reviews and decided to purchase from here. I am very happy with the overall experience and delivery time. The product was correct - I had it professionally installed. HOWEVER, the battery will not charge more than 82%. My computer expert who installed it had suggested I unplug the computer, let it run down to 20% or so, then replug it to impact the battery memory. But it will not charge above 82% and this is pretty upsetting. Appreciate any advice.

The battery was delivered very quickly. I followed the instructions for charge and discharge. The battery is working great and holding a charge as required. The battery fit perfectly into the computer. Thanks for a great product!

Website contains useful information and I was able to find the replacement battery for my Dell Inspiron N5010.
Delivery was just as promised, and the battery is working fine upon initial install. This was just installed, so long-term results are still unknown.

The battery I ordered arrived promptly and fit into the laptop as easily as the OEM battery that came with the laptop. The battery charged promptly and is holding a charge longer than the old battery. It will be a few weeks before I can realistically assess how much longer the new battery is holding a charge.

Based on minimum research, the idea of a warrantee on my battery was a better choice over the cheaply offered batteries on other sites. Time will tell if I was right and whether the cheaper batteries would have been sufficient?

So far everything is great.I received my dell laptop battery and ac adapter cord in about 2 days which I just loved. I changed the battery on my laptop and it fit perfectly.Its charging and running fine.I have even used my laptop without the ac adapter cord and the battery has lasted for hours after being fully charged.I am loving it! Shipping options were a little unclear in instructions if you selected PayPal. However, after selecting PayPal the options for shipping appeared and worked. I had to contact this company about a shipping delay. For some reason the battery shipped 5-6 days after I had paid for and requested 2nd day shipping. Upon contacting PayPal the vendor to my surprise credited the entire shipping expense. However, they do offer free shipping but in a delayed format. So, even though the shipping was free the battery did not arrive on time as requested. So, I did receive a working quality battery. The conflict concerned shipping only.

Batteries work great & last at least a couple of years.

You shipped the battery within a few hours of me placing the order, I was very impressed! Great customer service! The only potential issue was the shipping box. It had no foam or padding on the inside, and one of the corners was damaged during shipping, which actually exposed the battery. Luckily, the battery wasn't damaged and it worked fine.
