I am VERY satisfied with my experience with laptopbatteryexpress.com. I purchased a NEW battery having been told (by Office Max) that was the reason my computer would not boot up, however, after receiving the new battery learned that was NOT my issue. I contacted laptopbatteryexpress.com to see if I could return the battery and was surprised to learn that I COULD for a full refund. Upon further conversation with my customer service representative, "Fred" I learned another possible solution that I could try myself and I am currently pursuing that. Very helpful and friendly! Even if my 2nd solution doesn't work I am still a SATISFIED customer! I Highly recommend them!

The recommended battery was not correct when searching by laptop name, ELITEBOOK 6930p. Additional searches using several HP numbers from the bottom of the old battery revealed more battery options, one with matching battery specifications.

I have installed the replacement battery and all seems fine with my laptop. I was pleased at how easy the check-out process was and how quickly I received the new battery in the mail.

I could not use Paypal to pay because that payment method did not include the shipping cost in the bill.

The received product (Powerbank MP-*******) is OK but it is different from the one I asked for (identified as model PB-660A in the manual downloadable from the product web page in the "Technical Specs" tab). There are some differences between both products. For example, the tips to fit different wall charger ac adapters for the purpose of charging the external battery are not included in the Powerbank MP-*******.

So far... very good! I've only had the battery a week. I was careful to condition it as instructed, so I have not had an opportunity yet, to judge its performance in real use.

Battery arrived with the expected fit / form factor. Only had battery a few weeks now, but no problems so far. Battery life on Ubuntu is ~2 hours, so should be even longer on Windows.

This order was a disaster. I ordered a battery for a Toshiba laptop. The order was accepted, and shipment was promised. In a few days, I received an email from the customer service department telling me that the item was not in stock, but would be delivered in a few days. I needed it quickly, so I responded by email and voice mail, asking to be contacted so I could arrange overnight shipping when it arrived. Three times I called this company for customer service, and three times I had to leave a voice message. My messages were never returned.

Finally, a few days later, I received another email from customer service, telling me that my battery was not available. About 30 minutes after that email, I received an email from the company telling me that my order had shipped! That contained a USPS tracking number; when I check that number now, it shows "shipment accepted" 10 days ago, for a 2-day priority delivery. No further status is shown.

Oh yes, they did charge my credit card almost immediately upon placing the order.

At this point, I have not received my order, my credit card has been charged, and I cannot get in touch with anyone from customer service despite my leaving several voice mails.

This is perhaps the worst transaction I have ever experienced with any vendor.

Battery snapped into my Durabook laptop easily. The unit is physically larger and extends out an inch or so. I have not depleted the charge to test its capacity.

QUALITY: The new battery for my HP Pavillion lasts 6-7 hours longer than the original.
PRICE: I ended up paying twice what I found on other sites. Hopefully this one will not deteriorate as quickly as the others would have.
SHIPPING: The delivery date was revised twice so it got here a little late.

There was a problem with my credait card information. It was entered correct, but had to be given over the phone the following day, computer glitch?
Otherwise all else went fine.

I did have one problem with installing the battery. By NOT following the instructions carefully, i.e., I attempted to power on the laptop before charging the battery for 4 hours, I got an error message on start-up that said, "the battery was not Dell and could not be charged." So, I called the 866 number and left a message about the problem but never heard back from anyone. But, the next day I resolved the problem by following the instructions which said to charge the battery up before using the laptop - no more error messages. The lesson learned, PAY ATTENTION AND FOLLOW THE INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS. Other than the above issue I'm very happy with my new battery.

Even though the product I needed was not in stock, LBExpress promptly notified me on this, then shipped on the day they forecast. Battery is installed, and working fine!

I appreciate that you provide specifics about the cells used in your laptop batteries. This battery fits fine in a Lenovo X201s and so far holds a good charge.

Untilvi really use the laptop only on battery (I've only conditioned it so far) I'm not sure if its life is as long as they say--5-6 hours. We'll see.
