I received a battery that does not fit my laptop, emailed them with the exact part number and they are sending me anther battery with a return label for the other one. So far so good.

I really appreciated the recommendations for prolonging battery life: I didn't know that they needed "exercise" & I hope that this battery will last a lot longer.

Fast and not too expensive, not a OM battery, despite what the picture shows. It also won't charge, but I believe that's my motherboard not the battery.

So Far, So Good. Will have a better ides once the battery is installed.
Battery installed; charged according to instructions for 5 days.
All is working perfectly.

Good and Clear Service. The only concern I currently have is that my PC is showing that the battery is degraded (Critical) and needs to be change.

The battery that I received did not fit even though I included the numbers off my present battery and my laptop ID number. The reason for online ordering was that the price was better than in town.

Found my battery quickly at what was a much better price than from Dell. But later on I found I could have gotten the same strength battery at an even better price.

The whole process was a snap. Delivery of the battery was very fast. Installation was simple and if fit perfectly. Excellent instructions on how to maintain the battery and improve its life.
