I would be more than happy to HIGHLY recommend laptopbatteryexpress to anyone interested in purchasing an aftermarket battery for their laptop computer. The order process was very easy, I received regular updates on my order after the purchase was made, and I received by battery in a very timely manner.

The product itself is working great. My laptop (Dell Inspiron 1525) is an older model, and I was unable to purchase from Dell directly. Laptopbatteryexpress was able to get me what I needed, and in a timely manner.

Again, I am very happy with the service and the product. In the future, if have have any battery needs for any of my computers, I will look no further than laptop battery express.

The item I bought did not have "in stock" indicated on the web page. Shipping was slow due to first shipment being lost. LBE did reship and received battery in two days. They responded quick to my
Inquiry about why the order hadn't arrived. I would purchase from them again.

Appreciated the detailed information about the product. When the battery failed to charge completely, customer service explained clearly what the problem might be and how to address it. When this solution did not work, customer service mailed a replacement battery along with a return shipping label for the first battery. Customer service was easy to call.

I called several "Computer places" and all led me to believe that my battery was dying so therefore I would need a new computer... I called one office store and they suggested I check your website before buying a new computer to at least try a new battery would help... It has and so I thank you... It came quickly and is working great

Fast and easy. But why did I not get the lowest price listed in red? (this was my previous question, which I don't think was answered)

Very impressed with customer service checking in & trying to work through my computer issue. In finding out a new battery was not the issue with my computer, I am returning the battery. It a more complicated issue and not worth fixing so I will need a new computer.
Will recommend to friends though!

Easy ordering with vast numbers for identifying what you need. SUPER SUPER fast delivery, I was so impressed. Product was just what I ordered and it popped right in my computer as if it belonged there to start with. :) I have bookmarked your site on my computer and will be the only one I use for my battery needs. This is a situation in progress but it has been long enough to conclude the following: The battery I received did not charge, possibly due to a Dell/Windows software issue not the battery itself. Their initial response was great, but the suggested fixes did not work and after that I was left in the cold for far too long. I just want to return the battery and buy one from Dell but they have not sent me an RMA after several days. If this is resolved soon then maybe I'd increase my ratings, but you can't expect perfect reviews without being a little more responsive.

So far the experience has been fine. I await receiving my order to have any further comment.

I received my order, and it was what I expected. After installing my battery, it had some kind of problem, and would not run more that 15 minutes. I e-mailed LaptopBatteryExpress and explained my problem. They agreed with me that there was a problem with the battery, and sent me a replacement that day. I received the replacement and returned the defective battery in the box provided. Postage was paid both ways by LaptopBatteryExpress so it cost me nothing to get the replacement. I am happy with the service they provided.

Site was easy to navigate and found battery I was looking for very quickly. Time will tell how the battery works out as I have never bought any other but the original Dell. Prices seems to be super low, like too low to be true! Update: The battery arrived very quickly and was an exact fit, seems to be great! No problems so far. Awesome price and super fast shipping! Happy Customer so far.

Product was easy to find and included a very detailed description. For a computer that is quite a few years old, I think the price of battery is a bit high, but if it performs well I guess it is worth it.

Suprisingly easy to locate and purchase a battery for an older but well appreciated and uncommon Thinkpad W700. I have confidence in the quality of the Samsung cells and TI chip to be both correct and reliable, maybe even more so than the original. I am spending a fair bit of time trying to use older tech and slow down what is rapidly destroying the environment. These types of batteries do not lend themselves to being rebuilt / repacked so very glad that they have them here!

Quick, easy, informative website. However, the battery did not work for me. My laptop is the reason, not the battery, we think. I hope to be able to figure something out so if I need to reorder I can do it here.

LaptopbatteryExpress was very responsive (FEDEX was responsible for delay in delivery: 5 days instead of 2 days!).

The connector was slightly bent (it was about to brake in half) even though the packaging was good: damaged must have been prior to shipping.

Never know what you are going to get with batteries. Paid for 2-day. Thoughts are everything will be fine.

Received the battery but not working in laptop. Working to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it may be a circuit problem with laptop hardware so may be returning. Then again it could be a bad battery. Root cause still to be determined.

Did receive the battery as expected.

I couldn't find any battery for this laptop on the Dell site but I found it instantly on your site. The price, checkout, estimated delivery. Excellent. The battery? Was more than 50% charged upon arrival and other than a ridiculous number of screws that had to be removed in the laptop (thank you Dell :), install was a breeze.

So often simple replacement parts sourcing cause the greatest amount of aggravation so I was very pleased with the communication involving selection of part required, price, ease of payment, and efficiency of delivery. I wish everything was this easy.

The site was confusing and did not work correctly. The shipping method required three tries before it allowed me to pick an option. The paypal did not link correctly and I had to pay with the credit card directly. The delivery was great and they took care of the problem completely.

I just hope this is a real Samsung battery and that the battery life will be up to three hours as stated in the product description.

Now, I have rec'd the battery and installed it in my computer. It's charging now and I will see how well the charge holds tomorrow.

Fast and easy, except my order showed up in two places on right of screen as I was ready to place order. UPDATE: I received my order on time. However, the specs on the battery were somewhat lower than the website stated. However, after I called the company, an adjustment was made to the price I paid and i am very happy with their customer service.
