I ordered a battery from another site and it took a week to arrive and it would not charge. I sent it back (at my expense)and i am still trying to get my money back. I then found laptop battery express and was impressed that if the battery had to be returned, even if it was my fault, i would not have to pay. I ordered the battery and it was here in two days. The battery works great.

I called Customer Service to help me track my purchase. The gentleman on the phone was quite helpful and helped me to realize that my power cord needed to be replaced. I received that order quickly and found out that he was exactly right.
