Great battery. Great value for your money. No issues and lasts as long as it says online. Don't settle for cheap knockoffs for a fraction of the price. I did alot of research before buying from this site and I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommended.

Update: I have received the battery and it arrived here very quickly! It seems to work great so far. My only complaint is that the battery doesn't fit completely flat (one side is 1mm too low and the other side sticks out by like one millimeter) However, it is a barely noticeable problem and the connector fits just fine so since the battery works great I don't mind too much.

Delivery via USPS was amazingly fast, ordered on Friday received in Texas on Monday.
Battery was for a little different model laptop but after sanding 2 corners to a radius on the top the battery fit like a glove and worked flawlessly.

If all goes smoothely i will buy from you again and recommend you to my brother who does computer repair work for a living. Time will tell.

The delivery took a day longer than what I paid for. I suspect I could have just opted for the free delivery and saved myself $15. Delivery time from OH to NYC would probably have been the same. I guess I can't blame LBE for UPS being off schedule. But I had asked to be included in UPS notifications for pick up from LBE so I could track delivery. That was not done. So that was disappointing. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Check out was cumbersome. Missing email box but error appeared to enter email. Had to back out & create an acct 1st then check out so email would appear. Also had to reenter pay pal info twice because it did not show a payment option selected the 1st time and errored out again.

Not sure about the product yet. Had my wife install it (she's a network administrator), but she had trouble getting it to install in the computer...she tried the old battery again and it "clicked" into place. Pulled it out again and tried again, and it clicked into place,but she isn't sure if it was the old one or the new one. I know that is not too smart, but my computer is in a "docking station", so i cannot tell if it is working yet or not. I will take my computer home this weekend and try the unistalled battery again and we should be able to tell if a battery is fully charged or not. If the new one is in my comuter, after being connected to my docking station for a week, it should be fully charged. Sorry about not giving you a better response, but I would guess we will be satisfied.

Product received as described in a fairly fast delivery time schedule. I was happy to see that the initial battery charge was holding at least 2.5hours before recharge. This is a lot more than other similar batteries that I had purchased previously from elsewhere and sent back to supplier. I am currently recharging the battery as it depletes to around 35-40% as described in the excellent battery maintenance instructions on the website and hope that the battery (9-cell 7800mha) will achieve a 4 hour turnaround once full charge is achieved after successive recharges.

Last time we ordered the wrong item arrived but was replaced with the correct with no charge for return shipping. I ordered the 2nd replacement battery this time so we should be all set this time.

I actually had to order a third battery today so I ordered from you again. We ordered the 3 Lenova laptops at the same time. It seems a little odd that all three would need to have their batteries replaced at almost the same but apparently they did. Glad they were so easy to get from you!

I found it very confusing. There needs to be an upgrade or something; the web site really slow and the path to purchase is not user friendly. Still have not recieved conformation of my account activation or my purchase.
Also, entering in my name and e-dess below is niether a conformation that I received my order nor that the "transaction went smoothly"

I tried to find this battery on amazon but couldn't. I searched for hours then I finally just googled it and found this site immediatly. I found the battery I needed in a matter of seconds and I am really hoping it will work! Thank you!

FIRST ORDER...WENT WELL! I was concerned that the battery was not correct since it was not posted on the box so I placed a call but did not hear back. I finally decided the battery would work and it does! I am well pleased.

Trying to pay with PayPal led to a not too user friendly do-loop that did not let me finish order with your site until the 3rd try. Site should offer more seemless sync'ing with PayPal payment option. At first I was concerned I ordered twice then found out I didn't complete the order the first time. PayPal says to complete the order with the vendor but does not send you back to the correct ordering page. Since I wanted to pay with PayPal I selected Checkout with PayPal a second time - which was a mistake. Should have just gone to Checkout.
Battery arrived on time and appears to be working fine.

Not only did you have the battery, which Dell said was no longer offered,but you were able to ship in record time.

*UPDATE* I received the battery, installed it and am following the directions to cycle it for long life. If I ever need another battery, I will be back!

It took a while to find the right submenu of HP battery types that contained the exact battery number I needed to replace.

The shipment came with good, clear instructions for the initial chrging and subsequent usage of the battery for prolonging battery life.

I received the battery promptly after ordering. I was pleased to find a instruction sheet that came with the batterty. It explained how to handle the new battery after installing. I was not aware that by conditioning your litium battery at the beginning, it improves performance and prolong battery life.

The battery I ordered didn't fit my laptop. I have returned it to you via FedEx this week. It was to be sent out on Monday January 18th and should be delivered back to you by this coming Monday the25th. I included a photo of my current battery next to the battery you sent me. I would like the correct one sent. Please contact me.

The delivery was for 2 days, and it arrived on the 3rd day. I needed it before dec. 24, so that part was good. But I couldn't ordered regular ground and saved the $15 if i knew it would be the 3 days.

The explanation of how to find the HP DV6 series on the battery website was missing or I couldn't find it.
Customer Service when I called was exceptional.
The battery is working fine so far.
No reason to suspect it won't continue to work fine.
