I purchased a laptop battery from them back in early November. Literally emailed them the day after I got it (dated Nov 15th) to say I don't need it and would like to return it. I waited a week then called and got a voicemail (really?). Left a voicemail. No response on either accounts. I have several laptops at various stages of life and when they need a battery in the future, I won't be going to this company again.
Fastest site I've come to find
From order confirmation to at home delivery took ~10 business days (there was a long weekend in there too) Not to bad considering the all-in price was ~$75CA less than the local shop (and they wanted $35CA to install!)

I was a little confused that my klick actually added the product to the cart and could not find right away how to get to the cart, Once I saw where your cart command was it worked OK. I did have to remove items from the cart as I clicked to many when I didn't know that my clicks actually worked.
Following your instructions on charging the battery, it does not hold a good charge. Fully charged it will discharge after approximately an hours use.

Haven't installed the battery yet, but it seems fine upon delivery.
Battery did not work. Had to be returned. Simple as that: a hassle. Great customer service, but unfortunately what I got was a fish wrapped in newspaper.
Product came exactly as advertised and after watching a video on how to open up the laptop and replace the battery it was just that easy. Took all of 3 minutes. Everything worked perfectly.
Product was shipped timely, arrived on time, and was as described. Wish it had a date code or some indicator of manufacturing date to know freshness. I would do business with them again.

Delivery was fast and they sent me an upgraded battery(extended life) free of charge. It is larger and more bulky than the original but it will last longer. Overall no complaints
