After I completed the PayPal sign in, I was confusingly returned to the 'Place Order' page where I had to repeat putting in my password and uncheck the box so as to not receive promotions, and then click on place order which I was afraid I had already done. Maybe my confusion.
In the end, everything was done properly, delivered timely, and seems to be working just fine.

Excellent, so far... a benchmark check-out procedure for others to copy!

Jury still out on battery life. Seems okay but not the huge improvement I hoped for with extra cells. Not a huge deal because this laptop doesn't travel much.

I just ordered the battery, and I'm hopeful that it will be the right one for my laptop, and will also be a good quality battery as described on the website (what makes a good battery Vs a cheap battery) This battery was hard to find (Gateway NE56R49u) The product code matched, and all the model # said was "NE56" series, but I am sure it'll be fine. ****Update 18 SEP 2014 Received my battery, have not yet used it. Had to call customer service regarding the product code being different from what I expected, but was assured it was basically the same and would be fine. Overall, I was pleased with the entire experience, and will buy from this company again.
