It was very hard to find the proper replacement battery for our Thinkpad. We wrote all the numbers done from the old battery to compare and after at least 2 hrs think we found the proper battery!

The search engine for my parts was very fast. Unfortunately, the Coupon button on my screen, which is small, was underneath the Reviews button so it was a little difficult to activate.

I was worried about buying and expensive OEM battery from a company other than the manufacturer but ZDNET said the company was good. I received the first delivery within 4 days, but it was the wrong battery.
I had to get in touch with service by using the new purchase line, but was informed that employee absenteeism was hurting and they got the new right battery to me in 3 days with a RA and shipping label for the wrong battery sent the first time. Charged it up fully and used it today. I was suprised because the original batteries that came with the Lenovo lasted about 5 hours and this one was at 2 % in 3. I had not intended to drain it that low. I am recharging it and will work it this week to 30% and recharge on 5 occasions and then hope the training will get the battery to a better state.
I realize problems can occur and the support people were very friendly and had a good story - I know the winter in Ohio is tough right now. The remedy was very quick and little hassle. I am just worried about the quality of the battery and will let you know in a week.

Seems like a very powerful battery. No issues with the oem charger. Just like other reviews state, this battery lasts longer than the original dell battery.

Seems to be working okay. My only hesitancy is that is looks like it is only giving me about 3 hours time. I hoped it would be more, but I guess it could be my power settings, not sure.

The part was described thoroughly on the web site. It was shipped promptly. When it arrived I installed it and so far (1 week later) it is working properly.

I received the replacement battery last week. It is too early to determine the life of the battery. That may take years but is really the rating most important.

I have a very old laptop and had a hard time finding the right battery. This was the perfect one for my laptop. I installed it and it started working right away. I received it In 4 days.

Site and info was easy to use. Battery was correct size and type. Slight discrepancy as to watt hours. Overall good experience. Would recommend to a friend and use again myself.

The first battery that came was defective. I called and they sent me a new one which works fine along with a mailer to send the defective one back. The new one is fine and I'm satisfied.

Product was as they said it would be and delivered in a timely manner!
A minor issue as to how it fit tho. It doesn't fit flush like the original. Not enough to be a problem tho.

I hope this battery will last a long time. It works great. Like that the battery was tested and precharged. I was able to use my laptop without ac plug. Easy to find it on this website too.
