Exceptionally well formatted sales on U-Tube. Hope battery lives up to the sales presentation which promised I'd get 3 to 4 hours if I followed a certain charging and use procedure. I had to buy a replacement battery for my laptop, was very concerned & somewhat confused by the range of prices on various sites. After doing a good deal of research I chose laptopbatteryexpress, largely because the reviews and return policies gave me confidence that I would wind up pleased in the end regardless of any issues. No issues, battery was just what I needed, delivery was very quick also. Will use site in the future & recommend it to others. Most people I know want to spend the minimum on this type of item, but logically it's only a bargain if you are ultimately satisfied w/product through the life of its use.

Worst online ordering experience I've ever had. After many attempts over a two day period I finally got my order to be successful. Your website sent me around in circles with misleading error messages. I don't believe I've ever ordered from you before, or else it was so long ago I forgot. It kept telling me my e-mail address is in your file / I'm already a customer. I try the login page and no where does it say to place an order. Only to review orders. The entire process was very frustrating and misleading. I suggest you do an intense alpha or beta test.

Battery came fairly quick, and was backed by a Google guarantee which is nice. After going through the conditioning process the battery still will not achieve a 100% charge, it also seems to drain quicker than expected only lasting a little over 2 hours for each charge (in use, not sleeping, with brightness reduced to 1/2). My 6-7 year old battery held charges this long, right up to the point of failing completely. It makes me wonder what the longevity of this replacement will be.

I have an older computer. The OEM battery is no longer manufactured by HP. I looked on Amazon at compatible batteries. They were very inexpensive, which was nice. But the reviews indicated that the batteries did not last for any reasonable time. The battery I received from laptop express has worked well and lasted for three or four hours. I am happy with this result.

When trying to reach salesperson on phone - Way too many recordings. Sales person called me back after reading message that I would like information on higher capacity battery for my application. Ordered high capacity battery & very satisfied with service, delivery, & product.

The battery I purchased is exactly like the OEM battery that originally came with my laptop. It works perfectly, as advertised. A bit expensive but I think everything is too high priced these days. The delivery time was exceptional(ordered friday night/received on monday). Five big stars for being a stand up business with integrity. Thank you.

Pretty straightforward ordering. Assuming that the product is exactly as described and is not defective in function, I can't ask for any improvement.

However, the product that I received does not have the capacity advertised. Apparently the FAA bars shipment of any lithium ion battery which holds over 100 Wh. The description on Web site has been amended. Otherwise it's holding a good charge so far - a trend that, I'm sure, will continue.

- The huge long part description is disconcerting.
- Safebatteries offers a battery with more capacity (5800 & 8700 mAH), contrary to your advertising claim of offering the highest capacity. You both pitched your products well on-line.
- I didn't realize that the 9 cell battery would change the profile of the laptop. No big deal except it fits in my backpack more snugly.
- Part numbers on the battery and shipping docs did not match those on my order. Further digging did not reveal it as something I didn't order, however. It seems that the website and company have too many layers of identification for the same item. Initial performance of the new battery is just fine.

Need a battery NOW! Paid for next day service by 11 am but due to inclement weather, was 1:30 pm before battery arrived. Contacted company and requested partial refund for late delivery and reply came shortly thereafter with notice of credit to my account. That's service! Thanks.

Purchased a Gateway laptop at Radio Shack several years ago. Could not find this exact battery on their site. You had it! Sold! Delivery was very prompt. The instructions for conditioning the battery were more comprehensive than what came with the laptop when I bought it.
